HUMP DAY!!!!! aka Posterior Day!
Legs are pretty sore and so is chest from great work outs the past 2 days. Feeling good upon wakening have energy and calories are where they're supposed to be. Keeping Protein, Fats and Carbs in check as well, checking glucose in the mornings and being consistent with supplements and compounds.
