Wednesday is back day with hammies (posterior) I look forward to tackling deadlifts and seeing where we are this week. I feel good, I don't have anything bad to say about the current compound of YK-11, I feel strong, I feel full and these pumps are absolutely ridiculous...

Friday is here, we've had a very good week so far and I am extremely happy where this is going. :) Have the second portion of legs today in order to hit them hard to further initiate growth. The ares of interest for me are Back, Chest, Arms, Legs this is why I do back, chest, and legs twice a week.

I must say the weights are beginning to feel light.. I'll be sure to be careful in the process of pushing. Please have a great weekend and rest up everyone, I'll be hitting the tube to soak tonight.
