Sleep was really good, but i feel like i have a lot of sleep to catch up on or something bc ive just been exhausted. I have been working a lot of extras, but damn. My Training has been good this week, im feeling very strong and feel like im looking very strong… but no one really prepares you for how hard it is to go from stage lean back to normal. But thats something for me to talk to coach about tomorrow!

Thursday 1/29
Check in today! My coach is keeping me here macro wise, ive seen a slow and steady weight gain on this reverse so she's not trying to shake up too much. Last night's sleep was not great but my back was killing me so I took a flexiril for the first time and it made me horribly anxious and felt like I had bugs crawling all over me…. It was awful… never again LOL I'm sure the tesa will help me get back to sleep well tonight before work. Some Tb and bpc from USP along with some selank and semax should be landing soon and I'm very excited to try those out! THanks USP for taking care of your athletes!

Friday 1/30

I slept AMAZING last night. I think the tesa is really helping me stay asleep better than I was before. I feel like I'm seeing some extra water that I'm holding but my coach disagrees.. We are our own worst critics as they say. My gut is mostly back to normal, so we are beginning to experiment with foods that cause me to bloat and feel bad and I am keeping a detailed food diary this off season.

USP has a sale right now! Don’t miss out!

I worked a couple of extras and got a little side tracked. Tesa is working wonders on my sleep. Im hoping for an increase in food tomorrow so I can see how tesa shines in the fat burning dept while im working on building muscle. I feel like ive got my post show cravings under control finally and feel like ive got my diet back where I need it to be so i can bring my best self to the stage next year! Ive been able to easily go up in all my weights this week which has been such a good mental win.

I've worked so many extra shifts in the last two weeks I'm not sure what day it is. Back on an extra tonight and then there will be no extra shifts for like a month. The money is great, but damn I'm losing my touch with reality all this switching back and forth between days and nights.

Tesa is cooking. I feel like my recovery is very high especially how much ive been working.I will probably stay at 1 mg for awhile longer. Ride it out until a plateau of some kind!

Friday-

Sorry For the delay gang, been really under the weather this week. Flu season and what not. I dont think I have the flu but man whatever this is, its kicking my tail. Been staying up on my electrolytes, tesa and EAA’s while im down. I think the Tesa has shined thus far in my ability to sleep well even when im feeling this crappy. Sleep scores have been decent even though i feel so bad. No training the past couple days, just some walks and trying to breathe LOL!

Feeling Much better today, will probs still stay home from work anyway but hopefully by monday we can be fully back on plan!

02/15

Feeling much better from whatever the heck that dreadful bug was. Still taking it easy today. Will resume back to business as usual tomorrow. My appetite is back with a vengeance today after basically having zero all week.

Tesa so far: the biggest takeaway I have is the immediate impact on my sleep. I'm sure you boys experience this to a larger degree using GH but for me it has been absolutely heavenly. Working the night shift I would say Sleep is the number one variable I struggle to nail consistently. This has certainly helped, and I don't wake up with that foggy hungover feeling from any of the scripted sleep aids. So far I am all in on tesa and cant wait to see what it's going to build!

Tuesday 2/17

Appetite seems to be waxing an waning.. In reality its probably a night shift problem and I need to switch to working days, but that sounds awful. I will be incorporating Selank this week from USP, and I am really excited! I will be starting at 250 mcg once a day, 3x a week for the first week to asses tolerance. If all goes well, I will Go to daily. Then from there i will go to 250 mcg twice a day. Have you ever used any nootropic peptides? Which ones and how did you like them?

That’s a solid leg session, especially on lower calories. Night shift can definitely mess with appetite.

I’ve actually been using Noopept for a few weeks and really liking it. At first I thought it might be placebo, but on hectic work days where I’d normally feel anxious and overwhelmed, it’s been the opposite. It’s like a calm wave hits and I can just focus and process everything without that stress spike. Today I paired it with Fladrafinil and added some choline, and the wakefulness and mental clarity were even better. Definitely a noticeable combo for busy days.

I have some Phenylpiracetam and Sunifiram lined up to test out too! Will be looking to see what combinations all of them work best for different situations. Adding caffeine, choline and l-theanine as enhancers/stabilizers.

Tesa 1mg
Selank 250mcg.

Nothing earth shattering from such a low dose of the selank, but i was expecting such right away. I definitely felt a slight decrease in anxiety, or rather a better mental calmness which was nice. I typically respond very strongly to low doses of things so I like to start and stay low for a long time. Lol same reason im still on 1mg of tesa. Which is great, I don't really feel the need to push up the dose but also at the same time am curious to see its effects at a higher dose. How do you decide when to increase your dose?

Definitely getting my strength back, I have gone up on all my weights this week… but not going up on my doses yet! Looking forward through the season I have in my mind to do Texas Nats again. I Know its always one of the toughest comps out there but I think this gives me enough time to bring my best package. Plus I was there last year so I feel like I know the process and that helps my brain! How do you decide how long to wait between shows?

You’re welcome! What are you hoping to get out of nootropics? Is it to help with dealing with day to day stuff due to being on night shift?

Yes! I am seriously looking at making a change because I think night shift is the root cause of a lot of my mental fog and fatigue. I just dont feel like I bounce back the way I used to and its starting to leak into other ares of my lilfe and brain and I just dont like it!
