using deca to bulk up has been a goal of mine for the past year. But been super busy to dedicate the time into the gym. Now I am ready to go all in and train 5x a week, eat atleast 4000 cals a day and train heavy. I’m 26 years old and 5’10’’ and 80kg. My goal is to get to 95kg. Would 500mgs a week deca be good with some test? Or is that dose too high for 12 weeks?
