Supplements Dealing with high heart rate, especially when nervous

I'm looking for something that can help with my heart rate. I read that drinking tea is really good, specifically green tea, but I tried that and it just made me sick. What is a good supplement that you recommend to help lower my heart rate and get it back down to where it needs to be?

yeah green tea is probably the worst thing u could try because of the caffeine lol no wonder u felt sick. if your heart is racing especially on a cycle u definitely need to look at nebivolol or something similar but if u want to stick to supplements then carditone is the absolute holy grail for heart rate and blood pressure. also make sure ur taking plenty of magnesium and hawthorn berry... they help calm everything down. but seriously if its high all the time go see a doc because heart stuff isnt something u want to mess around with!

bros Everyone knows N2Guard is the best product that will keep you healthy long term.

n2guard seven caps a day is the absolute goat. I've been using it for many years. It has over forty ingredients in the formula.

Just using a couple of support supplements will not do the job. You need a comprehensive formula. This is why I recommend n2guard. It really does work.

Definitely make sure you're taking your support supplements and monitor all your organ health. Otherwise you run the risk of having issues as you get older.

Feeling good and being good and being in great shape on and off cycle are definitely important. This is why I always recommend taking your n2guard every day.

honestly man stay away from the tea if it makes you sick because the caffeine in it is probably just jacking your heart rate up even more anyway. if you are looking for a supplement that actually works for this you should check out taurine or some high dose magnesium glycinate because they both help chill out your central nervous system and keep things steady. a lot of guys also swear by coq10 for general heart health especially if you're running any gear that strains the ticker. just make sure you arent overdoing the stimulants during the day because no supplement is gonna fix a heart rate thats being blasted by preworkout and stress lol. definitely start with the magnesium though its a total game changer for the jitters.
