Supplements Do you guys get concerned when you see elevated creatinine and BUN numbers?

So I got my blood work done and I was a little worried because my creatinine and my BUN numbers came in high. I made some google and it came up that my kidney numbers are no good. Do you guys get concerned when this happens? What supplements should I be using?
