I decided this time around I will try and push further with the knee this time around and toss in 1 set of 50 reps at the beginning of some of my movements for legs.

I can tell everyone I had zero knee pain my entire workout and overall I feel pretty damn good! Bpc and Hgh are working very well for me as the days and weeks contiune.

I said what better way for a test then doing 50 minutes of climbing the stair climber after punishing my legs. 25 minutes in my body wanted to quit I could feel it I was experiencing fatigue. I don't believe in quitting so I held onto to the railings as hard as I could with my hands and forearms and I kept moving forward, at the end of the day I got the job done!

Each week my knee feels like its progression is better and i am more flexible with my leg movements. The GH is also helping me sleep like a baby, i take it half hour before bed time and i fall a sleep with ease.

overall i crushed it on sunday and i left the gym feeling accomplished. I took some photos i Wil post on the log. Its not much but it is definitely some small progress in my legs and calfs, as well as upper body looking half way decent as well.

do you feel like the peptides are honestly helping?
Yes absolutely, before I started my right knee would hurt just sitting down or driving in the car, it would he a throbbing pain that just wouldn't go away.

Legs had been a problem to push because my knee would make me limp for days and weeks after.

After being on bpc and gh for a while now I can say with confidence that it has been a complete game changing experience for me.

I can Squat and bend for long periods I can hammer my knee on leg day and I feel very little to no pain, my balance has improved and I can put all my weight on my right leg now no issues.

Without the gh and peptides legs wouldn't be possible without being in pain.

i was starting to get nagging right elbow pains, the kind when u straighten the arm out or pick something up, it was like a stabbing pain.

I decided I would inject some bpc into the right elbow, rest for a few days, 4 days later after just one injection all the pain is gone completely, I was not only shocked, also happy and confused at the same time how after one injection all pain was gone.

I trained back hard today and pushed it like I always do, absolutely zero elbow pain before, during or after my workout, I'm telling everyone for nagging little injuries bpc157 is insanely good!

Today i went back into my right knee in preparation for leg day later this week.

Hgh is still going well just 1Iu subq into the stomach before bedtime.
cardio went well, knee is a little sore, nothing bothersome, ive been running experiments with other body parts that i encounter little injuries in.

im down to my last bottle of bpc so ive been conservative with where i put it and when, still on just 150mcg a day i only take it on training days.
