Steroids How best to execute TRT for grandfather

I’m a grandfather to 8 children. I want to make sure I see my great grandchildren one day so I want to do TRT the right way and use it to my advantage. I’m 65 years old. Can any of you on here tell me the best way to run TRT?
Do I need cholesterol meds with them? Do I need to take anything else?
And what dose would you recommend? I’ve read people using from 50mgs a week up to 500mgs a week.

250mgs is a good trt dose with some n2guard

should be working with a doctor at your age. He'll make sure that you get on a proper dose.

i suggest you use n2guard with it. You don't want to use anything without proper supplements

Bros. You should be working with a good doctor. He'll keep you healthy. If you need cholesterol medication, then you need it.

TRT is the GOAT. you should run 100-200mgs a week. work with your doctor and check your numbers

Keep your dosing very mild. You don't need to exceed 100 mg a week.
ugfreak and para pharma have top quality testosterone too

Start slow, smart and work with a specialist and begin with something like 80mg of testosterone per week, split into two doses. Focus on dialing in your lifestyle first: sleep, diet, exercise, stress. Get regular blood work to keep an eye on things, testosterone, estrogen, CBC, PSA, lipids, all of it. Only bring in other meds or supplements (like vitamin D, magnesium, maybe a statin or a tiny dose of an AI) if your labs and symptoms say you actually need them.
And seriously, skip the idea of jumping into 500mg/week. That’s not what you’re after. This isn’t about getting jacked overnight, it’s about feeling good long term and staying healthy
