Steroids how much winstrol do I need here?

6'1", 95 kg, and 45 years old.
I'm going to be using a cycle of testosterone or Sustanon at 500 mg a week. I'm wondering: how much Winstrol do I need here? I'm looking to use it to help balance out estrogen and also to help prevent water retention.

I'd go with a cutting cycle as follows:

Week 1-12: EQ: 400 mg/week
Week 1-12: Testosterone Enanthate: 200-300 mg/week
Week 9-12: Winstrol: 30–40 mg/day

PCT protocol:

Start 3 weeks after your last EQ shot with either Clomid: 50 mg/day (week 1-2), 25 mg/day (week 3-4) or Nolvadex: 20 mg/day (week 1-4).

Winstrol is not complicated to use. It's a really good oral steroid but you don't need to run as much as you think.

I would go with Winstrol at 50 mg a day. That is the sweet spot. If you start noticing issues you can always lower the dosage.

Always when you're using Winstrol you should use joint support supplements. That will help with your joints so you don't have problems.

Bros, Winstrol is one of my favorites but Anavar is better. I like Anavar because there are fewer side effects and it gives you good strength gains.
