Yeah, I've been needing to stretch more too. I saw Jujimufu's AMA episode about turning light weights into stretching tools . Sounds way more interesting than just holding a static stretch. Might have to give that "hot potato" method a shot to improve my mobility and joint health

Jujimufu's onto something! I'm totally gonna ditch my boring stretches for that "hot potato" method. Sounds way more fun and way less like a chore! My joints will thank me!
