Good day good people, I go by the username - “Kcook” and I'm a 33 year old, 6’1”, male bodybuilder and sports fanatic currently weighing in at 175 pounds.

I'll be representing UPsteroid on this forum and I intend running a progression and muscle gain log consisting of power, muscle and burn sets.

I've been an active bodybuilder for about 7 years now, and I'll like to think that I'm at an intermediate level.

I hope to interact with like minds on this platform, thanks in advance and cheers.
Training Summary

Goal: Build Muscle
Days/Week: 4 Days (M, W, F, S)
Program Duration: 8 weeks
Equipment: Barbell, Cables, Dumbbells, Machines

DAY 1 - CHEST & BICEPS

CHEST

Bench Press - 4x3-5 - 217 lb

Incline Bench Press - 2-3x6-12 - 196 lb

Dumbbell Bench Press - 2-3x6-12 - 90 lb

Dumbbell Flys - 2x40 - 52lb

BICEPS

Pinwheel Curls - 2x3-5 - 51 lb

Standing Barbell Curl - 2-3x6-12 - 103 lb
Cable Preacher Curl - 1-2x40 - 101.3 lb
