Steroids MENT side effects. Need an AI?

I'm 2 weeks into MENT and testosterone. I'm gaining a significant amount of water retention. Even my girlfriend is making smart comments to me, saying I look like a bloated fish. Do I need to use an AI? I'm doing 50 mg a week of the MENT and I'm doing 250 mg a week of the testosterone.
5'8", 85 kg, and 30 years old.

MENT is a very tricky steroid. I don't recommend it at all. It has too many side effects. You're better off just going with testosterone.

Bros, I would go with no more than 50 mg of MENT per week. I've seen a lot of people mess themselves up on it.

It's a good idea to definitely use an AI with ment. Also don't stack anything else that aromatizes. You could find yourself in trouble.

A good trick with MENT is to run no more than 50 to 100 mg a week. Another trick is to use some dry compounds with it, maybe some anavar, TBol, or even winstrol or masteron.

Ment is highly potent and can be up to ten times more anabolic than testosterone. Unlike other forms of testosterone, Ment does not convert to DHT. However, it carries a high risk of estrogenic side effects, such as water retention and gynecomastia, due to strong aromatization. As a 19-nor derivative, it also has progestogenic activity, which may affect libido or prolactin levels if not properly managed. Because of its strong estrogenic activity, I recommend using an aromatase inhibitor such as Arimidex at 0.5 mg daily or 1 mg every three days.1mg E3D
