A little background about myself -

I am 31 years old 5'11. I started my weight loss journey 2 and a half months ago. I was at 34% body fat and 196 LBS, I am now currently at 161 LBS and 21% body fat, a major reduction from when I started. My Mom was a model and my Dad was a body builder so my genetics are strong when it focus on weight loss/muscle gain.

I have a personal trainer that I train with 3 times a week and every month I do a BMI test on a machine that measures everything, the one thing I noticed is while my muscle growth is working, it's averaging about 1 LB each month.

For me time is important and maxxing my results has always been something I have done with Pre-Working, Creatine, Whey and typical supplements like Fish Oil, Magnesium for sleep, Multi Vitamins and so on.

I was wondering, to take it to the next step in a safe way what would this Community recommend I add to my routine? I understand that taking unregulated supplements comes with risk but I like to take educated risks from people that have experience and results to show it.

My goal is to get to 10-12% body fat, I have no desire to be absolutely shredded, more so just a great aesthetic. In the face, I look a lot younger than I am so I don't want to do anything that makes me age, more so just increase the results I am currently doing at a rapid pace.

Any insight would mean a lot, thank you!

welcome bro you been on cycle or trt ever?

It's maxing in spite of how influencers spell it - 'maxxing'

Let's see your diet

I have lost 30 LBS in the past 2 1/2 months by eating a strict meal mostly the same thing every day, with a different main source of protein every few days.

I eat twice a day and fast 12 hours between each meal.

Eggs, Steak, Basmati Rice, Greek Yogurt (High Protein), Broccoli, California Vegetable Mix, Chicken, Beef Liver (Supplements).
Whey, Creatine.

Went from 34% body fat to 21%, the goal is to keep cutting down to 10-12% as fast as possible, while still maintaining muscle mass.

The goal is to get 150g of protein a day, with 200-250g of carbs in the morning a few hours prior to help with workouts

I can upload my results from my BMI scans monthly if that helps any to see the progression, I do not have any blood work tests at the moment.

You can look at taking Retta but I would cycle it. You're too young just to stay on it.

Can you put up a picture and give us an idea of what you look like? You've managed to lose a lot of weight but your body fat is still high. It's very strange. Maybe your body fat numbers are wrong.

Bros, if you lost 30 lb that's amazing. Can you put up some pictures so we can see where you're at?

That's great that you've lost 30 lb in the past couple months. Keep that going. The nutrition is the very important thing. I'd also look into using Tirzepatide or Reta.

This was the last BMI test I took on 4/08/26. I was at 34% body fat and 192 LB's less than 3 months ago. I was told I am dropping body fat at a shocking rate by my trainer, the goal is to be 10-12%.
