Steroids Recommendations for TRT in my situation?

I have a question for everybody on here. Do you think I would be a good candidate for TRT? Here is my situation: I've noticed my libido has been dropping over the last two or three years. I got my testosterone levels checked and they are in the high 200s. I'm 47 years old and I am approximately 20% to 22% body fat. Do you think that I should get TRT done? If so should I go through my doctor? I do have pretty good insurance or should I just do self-TRT, which would be a better option?

You're going to want to try 100 to 150 mg of testosterone. That is a base amount. I would not go higher for what you're trying to do.

Make sure you're donating blood as often as possible. Check with your blood donation place and see how often they allow it.

You shouldn't need to use an AI if you're using testosterone and you're cruising at a proper dose. I would not exceed 150 mg long-term.

Bros, sports TRT. I see dudes pushing 200 to 250 mg a week. If you can get away with it then try it.

High-200s testosterone plus declining libido is worth discussing with a doctor, but don’t jump straight to TRT. Get two separate morning testosterone tests and have the underlying causes evaluated. If TRT is appropriate, I’d go through your doctor rather than self-TRT, especially since you have good insurance.

But if you ask me, then I'd say run a weekly dose of between 100 and 150 mg of Test Cyp or Test E. Administer the injection 1 to 2x per week. I'd also include HGH, 2IU/day should be good enough, run for up to 16 weeks.
