I am 41 years old, 5'8", 184 pounds. Body fat somewhere between 15% and 18%. I've been training for a little over two years. I started out at 159 pounds and I got up to 190 pounds. Now I would like to add more lean muscle mass without gaining body fat.
What do you think about doing testosterone at 400 mg a week for 12 weeks? Would this be a good strategy?
