Steroids Should I be concerned with bloat that I'm getting on testosterone?

I've been on 500 mg a week of testosterone now for 12 weeks. I've generally been okay most of the cycle, but over the past 3 weeks I'm starting to get super bloated. Even my girlfriend is mentioning that I look like I've gained 20 lbs., but the scale only says I moved 5 lbs. I'm 44 years old, 5'10", and 215 lbs. Should I lower the dose of testosterone? I plan on running it for more weeks or should I add an AI? What should I do here?

Hi @greycurrent

You should have defo included an AI like
Anastrozole which is a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor that blocks the enzyme responsible for converting testosterone into estradiol (E2). By suppressing this conversion, Arimidex prevents the estrogen buildup that leads to water retention, gynecomastia, mood instability and of course bloating.

You can add between 0.25 to 0.5 mg EOD of AI to your cycle and you can get genuine gear from UPsteroid. Also, use the coupon code UP2026 for a discount.

I think you should be concerned because bloating can be an early signal of high estrogen and high estrogen is not good.

Need to keep an AI on hand. You don't want testosterone levels to be high along with estrogen. You want your estrogen to be balanced.

Bros, I would consider adding something like Proviron or Winstrol, something to help dry you out, or add an AI.

If your estrogen levels get too high you can end up with gyno. You can also have high blood pressure problems and water retention. There are a lot of dangers to it.
