I'm looking to take a supplement that can help with my elbow pain. there is one that I came across which has 40 mg of standardized cartilage and also has 10 mg of total collagen in the ingredients
It also contains hyaluronic acid which i heard was really good along with 500mgs of MSM
do you think this is a good formula or should I try something else it is sort of expensive
