Diet.
Breakfast. Oatmeal. Blueberries. Protein.
Lunch. Shake. Protein. Almond milk. Lemon. Banana. Ginger. Blueberries.
Snack. Handful of almonds.
Dinner. Huge salad with mixed greens, meat from 2 chicken thighs, 1 avocado, 1/4 cup chick peas, 2 hard boiled eggs, 30g of walnut pieces, 1/4 mushrooms, handful cherry tomatoes, red onions. Olive oil and shallot dressing. Probably weighed couple of pounds.
