Failed to stay awake all night again on Thursday. This swing is just doomed I think. Will be taking a rest day on Saturday to really give the sleep blend and honest trial after a rough night staying up for my shift. Will report back how I feel about it Saturday night.
Hit a decent shoulder and arms day. Plenty of rest so the lift felt good. Strength was there and the mood was vibing. A little too much volume I think as I was pretty sore as the night went on. Added Reta back in the stack at .5mg after a little over a month off it and found it difficult to get meals down, hopefully that fades rather quick. My sensitivity to things really should be studied.
