Wednesday, I had a great leg day. The training hasn't changed too much yet, but I am expecting strength to diminish as the gear dosing goes down. I plan on shifting to a little bit more volume as opposed to heavy weights to compensate for the loss in strength. Thursday, I took a rest day, but still did my HIIT Cardio.

2 Sets Hammer Strength Pendulum 3 plates + 10 per side
3 sets Roger's Squat Good Morning 5 plates per side
3 sets Gym80 Leg extension 220
3 sets standing single leg curl 121
6 sets calves, half seated, half standing

Tuesday, Friday - Stairmaster (10 minutes with heart rate above 150)

Friday I trained Upper body with an emphasis on as much back as possible. The body weight is moving in the right direction already so I’m hoping this cut will progress nicely. I also got a gorgeous TD from the team at @US-pharmacies
