Thank you. Great thing is it tasted as good as it looked!
Yesterday was a full hospital day with my wife. Makes for long days and we are totally wiped at end.
Feeling good now though. These last 6 weeks of watching what I eat and the regular workouts has felt good. Nice to feel stronger and leaner again. Back to my old self.
Used to be a nationally ranked athlete in my younger years so I know how to push.
My left side is pretty limited though. Waiting on a call hopefully today for surgery date to get my shoulder finally fixed.
Today is a cardio day, playing squash tonight for a couple hours. Should burn at least 1000 calories plus it's a good time. Great game.
