SHARMS DAY obliterated. Another day another muscle fiber gained, or so we hope. Shoulders and arms got attacked pretty heavily this morning. Working out at a different gym lately and trying to figure out where my weights should be for the different equipment is always an adventure. I like to bounce around gyms often depending on my mood and have 3 that are in the rotation.
Anyway, sleep has still been great this week, no complaints there. Arm is still a bit weak but improving. Having to watch how I grip things as that’s what I think irritated it. Bicep work has to be light but I’m managing without causing further issues. Feeling great as this cycle continues to saturate.

-Tricep cable extensions x3 12-15 reps
-Cable curls(doesn’t aggravate arm) x3 15-20
Tomorrow will be a rest day to catch up on some housework before it gets really cold again here in the Midwest.
