Always cool to see these types of charts to see how your weight is progressing. Seems like you were going up and then you flat lined a little bit now. Either you'll pull back a little bit and then continue going up or I see you making the next stage up. @GUY2060
It’s definitely neat, the app I use has made it such a breeze to dial in what I need to do to see changes. Aiming for gaining around 1lb a week and this app makes it super easy to see the trends
 
Most people would kill for your physique. You look absolutely fantastic man. @GUY2060 one thing that I think you're doing really good is your conditioning. You can tell your conditioning is fantastic by how tight your waist is and your abs.

That’s a sign that the dose was too high — everyone reacts differently. Start with 1–2 mg right before bedtime, and as I said, it’s not really for falling asleep, it actually does its job.

Tuesdays log

7 hours of sleep! No supplements used, just didn’t stay on a night shift schedule on my day off 🤣 still no problem sleeping at night, just during the day. Well rested and well fed had this upper day moving so smooth. Moved through each exercise feeling pumped and accomplished.

EQ is beginning to do its thing and the hunger is coming. I see an increase in cardio in my future to make up for the extra calories that sneak in

Wednesday’s log

Let’s talk about off days. I don’t mean off as in taking a rest day but when you have a day where things are just feeling rough. That was today for me. How do you handle those days, give up and try again tomorrow or do you do your best to push through?

Have some things going on in my personal life that affected my day and threw off the vibe. Hindsight I should have just used a rest day but decided to try and power through it. Went in for a back day but wasn’t feeling it from the start. Headphones died 20 minutes into the lift and that’s just a no go for me, completely kills the motivation when I can hear everything going on around me. But, didn’t quit and didn’t give up. Lifts suffered a bit so kept everything to a lighter weight and focused on form and control this session, nothing wrong with that every now and then. Revisit the bases and make sure the mind muscle connection is strong. Was a quick lift but the work was done. Sleep was horrendous today. Will be taking the day off tomorrow and possibly the whole weekend to try and figure out a better game plan.

Thursday log

No fancy bells and whistles today. A rest day dedicated to sleep. And sleep was got. Still not as much as I would like but it was much better. Have decided to take the weekend off my night shift schedule and see if I can get better sleep on a normal sleep time.

Friday/Saturday log

Missed posting Friday night because I fell asleep pretty early. Was a full rest day with only 9k steps. Sleeping at night netted me some deeper sleep so felt pretty rested when I woke up this morning. Will be sleeping again tonight and switching back to my night schedule on Sunday. Taking a rest day meant I got to be home for the mail and got this beautiful package, thanks @US-pharmacies for the secure packaging and fast shipping! IMG_4352.webp

Since I felt rested I went ahead and hit a little push day this morning. Felt pretty solid. Everything moved nicely and joints felt good. Still pushing weight up little by little or rep by rep.

Back to the grind and the usual schedule. Logs will come out on time now that I’m back to the night shift swing. Pretty decent sleep this weekend so I’ll take the trade off. Hope to continue the better sleep habits as I re-adjust back to nights.

Hit a solid leg day on Sunday, weight moved nicely and I pushed hard. Had to make sure I got in a little extra punishment to make up for what I was going to eat during the Rams/Bears play off game. RAMS HOUSE BABY. You know you hit legs good and hard when they feel uncomfortable the moment you leave the gym.

Rested the day away, several really good naps trying to get back to schedule. Was in and out of it all day and feeling pretty good about it. Ready to get back to things this week and get back on track with the diet after a little fun this weekend. Enjoyed some decent meals/snacks but ready to get back to the usual. Back day scheduled for tomorrow depending on how I’m feeling after this shift.

Tuesday’s log

To continue on with the theme, sleep was terrible
and short today. New sleep meds arrived today so I’ll be trying things out over the next few days to see what I respond to. If all that fails then I’ll switch my schedule to sleeping after work and lifting when I wake up rather than lifting when I get off then trying to sleep. Not a fan of that switch but sleep has to start becoming a priority. Solid back day today. Was short and sweet and to the point. No messing around and no extra work today. Solely focused on back this go around. Still happy with how workouts are going despite the low sleep.

Wednesdays Log

Late on this log because I’ve been in a coma all day. Gonna be trialing some new sleep meds over the next few days to hopefully find one that works decently for me. The one I tried today, even though it was a super small dose, was way too much for me to be able to use on days I have to work. That knocked me out cold for 12 hours and I’m still trying to wake up as I write this. I have such a low tolerance to meds like these that I have such a high doubt I’ll find one that does what I need without tranquilizing me.

Hit a clean, quick chest focused day today, lower on volume but higher on weight and watching form. Pump was crazy and so was the mood for the lift. Looked and felt great today, those extra calories really put in some work to make this a great lift.

Late again due to being in a sleep coma most of the day. Can’t complain about spending my two days off hitting the gym and sleeping! May have found a winner with this sleep med, slept really good and didn’t feel hungover/groggy when I woke up. Going to trial it a few more days, and now that I’m back to work Friday night, will see if it has any negative effect getting through my shift.

Hit a beautiful Sharms day today, gym vibe was great with a few people showing support and asking questions about my routine. Those days just hit different when you know people are watching and rooting for your success. Drives the motivation up. Nasty weather coming this weekend so not sure I’ll make it into the gym at all, playing it by ear at the moment. If any of you are in the path of what’s coming, hope you all stay safe and warm!

Logging on time today! It’s the little accomplishments that keep you going! Decent sleep today, I’ll take these little improvements and keep tweaking things to find the balance. Taking the weekend off from the gym for rest and recovery and trying a different sleep schedule(sleeping right after my shift ends instead of waiting until after I hit the gym) to see if it feels or hits any better.

Everything is feeling good, cycle is progressing smoothly, blood work scheduled for the end of the month to see where things sit and if I need to adjust my test/eq ratio. So far feeling great and loving this combination I’m on. Legs were attacked today, no frills or fluff, smashed out the lift in decent timing and hit the sack right after.

What an eventful day. Was supposed to be a full rest day but mother nature had other plans for me. Negative temps trying to challenge my reserve and throw me off. Truck wouldn’t start when it was time to leave work, had to jump it. Get home and the house is at 43* because the condensate line on the furnace froze in the middle of the night and shut it down. Thankfully no frozen pipes! Spent some time getting that fixed and was pretty late getting to sleep. Sleep was terrible and hopefully can make it up tomorrow with another rest day. Back at it in full action on Monday.

Sunday and Mondays log

Been out of it on the last 24 hours. Insomnia hit hard and couldn’t sleep at all on Sunday or Monday until I finally crashed Monday night. Finally managed 8hrs of sleep last night and feeling really good today. Changing things up, no more HGH before bed as I think that’s a major contributor to by body not being at rest. More sleep meds arriving to trial today, will continue to update as things progress.

Sunday was a rest day, same old stuff, hit steps, hit macros, cried a little watching the Rams lose to the SeaHawks for the 2nd time.

Monday:
Got off at 6am, decided to lay down first since I was pretty tired but no luck falling asleep. Laid there for a couple hours before I gave up and went to the gym. Still hit a very solid chest/shoulder day and progressed in a few of the lifts. Came home and had some protein waffles, bacon, and a protein shake, a HUGE meal, and passed out 15 minutes after. Not complaining because that was the most restful sleep I’ve had in a bit.
