Yes! I am seriously looking at making a change because I think night shift is the root cause of a lot of my mental fog and fatigue. I just dont feel like I bounce back the way I used to and its starting to leak into other ares of my lilfe and brain and I just dont like it!
In that case definitely look into the ones I mentioned and also Bromantane. That one is on my list to purchase and try as well.

Check in today went well. My Coach is still keeping my food the same until I'm consistently hitting all my macros… which is the hardest part for me for sure. Selank seems to be adding an overall positive mental attitude that is just kind of running in the background which has been really nice. I will plan on going up this next week frequently.

Friday! 2/27

Legs:
Glute Focused Belt Squat: 8,10,12,10,10,18
Glute Focused Static Lunge: 10,10,10
B stance DB RDL:12,12,10
Smith Machine Reverse Hyper: 12,12,10
Cable Glute Kickback: 12,12,10

Andddd the grind continues. Does anyone else find the repetitive nature of the life of a bodybuilder soothing most of the time? LIke I dont really have to think about what im going to do today and I Like it.

I am interested to see how Selank carries over through the weekend only taking it 3 x a week or if it will at all, having a calmer mind through the week seems to have made my threshold for anxiety higher which has been nice.

Friday! 3/6

Coming off a week long trip with my BF down to florida. I had stomach issues pretty much the whole time I was down there and they are still persisting, hopefully Getting an appointment with a GI specialist soon as this has to be figured out. Its very hard to grown when you’re dealing with stomach issues all the time! What is your Go to GI health Stack?

Still running 1mg of Tesa and we are talking about bumping up this next week or so. I would say the biggest impact the 1mg dose has made is my sleep. My Fasting glucose has been unaffected, I didnt really hold any substantial water weight, and I cant say if I truly saw any significant fat loss or not… but I can say without out a doubt that my recovery has improved. Being a night shifter this alone has made the tesa worth it.

Coach added some cardio back in and im very grateful. I finally broke down and got a consult with a GI to see whats going on with my gut. This bloat and pain is unbearable at times. Its hard enough for me to eat and that just makes it feel impossible. Hopefully we are able to figure out the cause pretty quick!
