Whats up yall!!! I've slowly been researching compounds for roughly a year or so and stumbled upon this forum. Least to say im impressed with the reports everyone keeps up on.

A little background on me. I am 35, 5'10", prior military and been an off and on truck driver/blue collar worker for some time but im about to step back into sales so ill have more time to focus on fitness than 10-32 hr shifts i was doing at the crane company i was driving a rig for then commuting an hour each way. Roughly six years ago after a long battle with ptsd and heavy alcoholism i hit my heaviest at 320lbs. I found a cheap online coach and hit the gym and through pure diet and exercise within a year and a half i dropped down to 169lbs. Now of course new better awesome trainer and now after a few bulk cut cycles and finally being talked into getting my hormones tested i am currently sitting at 190lbs. 4 months ago i tested at 315 ng/dl test and my dhea was extremely low and my thyroid was a touch low. I am now running a weekly dose of 120mg test cyp and supplement for the thyroid and dhea starting three months ago. My last bloodwork came in at 993 total and 247 free and man i cant believe i held out so long. I am also currently running 2mg of reta per week 1mg tuesday and friday because even at a 2500 cal maintenance the constant battle with food noise was so unnerving and finally silence, 500-750mcg of KPV to help with joint inflammation as needed, And i started running 2mg of tesa m-f to help out with the stubborn fat that stays in my loose belly skin no matter how lean i have gotten. My last IGF1 test before starting tesa was 232 with a z score of 1.1 will be retesting asap and will update. My current cut macros are 2000cal at 190g protein, 175g carbs, 60g fat. I'll edit this post later on and include some progress photos over the years and current physique. Im slowly watching and learning about compounds and im highly debating on running my first cycle sometime next year. Any inputs, critiques, stay aways, must tries, concerns, etc etc is and will always be greatly appreciated. MODS IF THIS POST AND FORMAT IS NOT APPRECIATED PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WILL ADJUST AND/OR DELETE.

It seems like you are on a good path so far. There are a lot of people using reta with a lot of success. It may be something that you're probably going to need to be on for the rest of your life, along with the TRT that you're using.

I think you're doing great so far. My question is about the products you have. What is your source? A lot of peptides out there are highly fake so you need to be careful who you use.

I have two gray sources i use that provide me with janoshik coa’s. I started with “american compounded” peptides. And after alot of digging messaging back and forth with a few vendors and a few old military friends that tossed me some sources that could provide legitimate and updated coas i stepped into that space. And if anything changes and i order i can send them off to finnrick to be tested as well. I try my very best to do my due diligence on research and not fly on a trust me bro suggestion. Especially since reta may be long term and kpv will absolutely be long term. Ill be doing bloodwork soon for the tesa and ive heard a few suggestions of just going to hgh instead but im more trying to target the stubborn pouch fat than anything. Im waiting to rule out anhedonia on the reta right now since i just cane out the other end of my elderly father falling and breaking his arm and rehabbing and taking care of him till last week when i felt confident in his independence being trusteable.

I think you have a good baseline from here. It's all about food quality. Concern yourself more about food quality rather than macros. That's the mistake that people make that keeps them down. You don't want to fall into that trap of "if it fits your macros" BS.

You've made some incredible changes and that deserves a lot of respect. From here it's all about dialing everything in further.

Bros, that's no joke at all. You made some good transformation already. Now from here let's see how much better you can improve.

I use the k.i.s.s. method. And i meal prep for a week in about an hour. breakfast is a large egg and half a cup of egg whites. pre meal is bagel and two organic fruit snacks and a bowl of ff yogurt with a scoop of protein powder. after gym is a built bar. mid day is 90/10 ground beef with zucchini and potatoe. dinner is basmati rice kimchi and a tuna steak with avacado and some unsalted butter.
