Do you split the growth ?
Currently, yes. Something I’m trialing. 3ius pre workout, 3ius after I wake up. I work nights and with that schedule and when I lift it’s not feasible for me to be fasted when using it. My post workout meal is right before I go to sleep which is high in carbs so would be pointless to pin. When I’m on day shift it’s not a problem and I can do one big bolus at night

Back day on the menu, and the back was on fire, literally. Sometimes the lower back pumps from Var can be a bit too much and it snuck up on me today after smith machine rows. Doesn’t happen all the time but today really affected the rest of the lift. Pushed on and knocked it out though! Sleep was horrendous today, maybe managed an hour before my shift, just couldn’t get the body to wind down. Tomorrow will be a forced rest day to try and catch up on sleep, gotta try and be up for the Rams game tomorrow.

When you work at night, add 2–3 mg of melatonin right before sleep. It’s not about falling asleep better, but about recovery and better serotonin conversion, because working at night strongly disrupts it.

I wish melatonin worked for me! Have tried using it but unfortunately all I get from it is a groggy hangover type feeling, but I appreciate the recommendation!

Late on posting but work has finally calmed down. Nothing missed today, just a simple rest day trying to recoup some sleep. Fairly successful in that endeavor, 5.5 hours. I’ll take what I can get. My problem isn’t falling asleep, it’s staying asleep. Would gladly take any recommendations anyone has.

Here are the things I’ve tried:
DSIP
GABA
L-theanine
Mag glycinate
Melatonin 1-3mg(makes me very groggy)
Benadryl(will knock me out but same really bad grogginess)
Generic sleep aid(hit and miss)
HGH(does nothing for my sleep)

Even on little sleep the lifts are solid and the pump is great, but can only imagine how much better it would be if sleep was vastly improved. Always cool to see these types of charts to see how your weight is progressing. Seems like you were going up and then you flat lined a little bit now. Either you'll pull back a little bit and then continue going up or I see you making the next stage up. @GUY2060

Most people would kill for your physique. You look absolutely fantastic man. @GUY2060 one thing that I think you're doing really good is your conditioning. You can tell your conditioning is fantastic by how tight your waist is and your abs.

That’s a sign that the dose was too high — everyone reacts differently. Start with 1–2 mg right before bedtime, and as I said, it’s not really for falling asleep, it actually does its job.

@GUY2060 Bros, you killin' it on this. I like the Smith shoulder press and incline dumbbell curls and then you finish it up nicely with cable upright rows for 20 reps. That's not bad at all.

Very late on this one but guess who got quite a bit of sleep yesterday? This guy. Guess all I needed to do was hit a brutal leg day and that wiped me out enough. As of the time I’m writing this, my legs are already sore and it feels so good. Tuesday will be a good chest and ab day, maybe a little cardio as I need to implement a few days with some with more intense cardio.
