• 0430 came quickly. Got a deep sore this morning. Sure as hell not wanting to get out of bed. Same with Ash he is out cold sleeping on his back.

25 mg Mast.

Put on the science officers robe. Do my perimeter sweep, water yard and chickens. Got 3 eggs this morning.
The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up in the legs/ back. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Stink bug walking hands back to standing is really good on the hamstrings. ✅️ off with my old school standard stretches..It is going to be a rougher than normal day. legs are very sore this morning. As executed now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.

* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 20 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 mores a slow and controlled descent and a strong acceleration out of the hole.

* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25 lbs. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 7 more... 5x2 and set 3 at 8 stalled with 25lb plate. I took a minute and got 5 more then did partials to the point I couldn't move up an inch.

* I started doing what I call Creeper Curl. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground (pronation). 20lbs. Start bent 20%. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down 100% as you curl up to 80% high or so. As you go back down, extending as you go back down. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets.

* tossed in a set of 3 x 25 lbs preacher curls with dumbbells. Get a good solid pump. As the Creeper curl is more of a forearms movement.

🔥TEAM USP BODYBUILDING NEWS 🔥
09/24/2026

The 2026 Mr. Olympia weekend in Las Vegas is officially underway (September 24–27), bringing a massive wave of final physique updates and breaking news as athletes hit the stage.

🏆 Men's Open & Classic Physique Headliners

Nick Walker (3 Days Out): Known as one of the most transparent athletes online, Walker dropped highly confident physique updates just prior to the show. Embracing his underdog/rivalry narrative, he stated, "I have nothing to hide. They know I'm coming." Experts like Milos Sarcev have publicly noted that Walker looks capable of legitimately taking the title this year.] [

Derek Lunsford: Defending Mr. Olympia champion, widely picked by expert panels to secure a third straight title. Analysts are closely watching his conditioning, as potential skin thickness issues could impact his razor-sharpness under the heavy stage lights.] [

Samson Dauda & Andrew Jacked: Dauda enters as a former Mr. Olympia champion and consistent top-three favorite, while Andrew Jacked comes in unbeaten since last year’s Olympia, making the Men’s Open battle one of the most volatile in recent memory.] [

Wesley Vissers: Fresh off major wins at the 2026 Arnold Classic and Detroit Pro, Vissers received direct posing advice from Flex Wheeler, who told him to slow transitions and “show every detail” to maximize his conditioning advantage against Ramon Dino and Mike Sommerfeld.] [

Anton Ratushnyi: The 22-year-old phenom shared an incredibly shredded final physique update ahead of making his highly anticipated Mr. Olympia debut, instantly becoming one of the most watched young names in the Open ranks.] [

🚨 Roster Changes & Last-Minute Withdrawals

• Courage Opara Out (212): The 212 division took a significant hit right before the weekend when elite competitor Courage Opara officially withdrew from the lineup after suffering rhabdomyolysis, leaving him unable to recover in time for the show.
• Michael Daboul Out (Classic Physique): Classic Physique competitor Michael Daboul announced his withdrawal from the 2026 Olympia, stating he is pivoting his focus to a full recovery and a targeted 2027 return.
• Hadi Choopan Absent (Men’s Open): Former Mr. Olympia Hadi Choopan will not appear on stage this year due to ongoing UAE visa issues, removing a major threat from the Open lineup and reshaping top-five predictions.

🏟️ Live Event News & Amateur Triumphs

• Amateur Olympia Crowned: In the earliest action out of Las Vegas, 20-year-old Albertas Krinickis stunned the crowd by winning the Overall title at the Amateur Olympia, securing his status as one of the most exciting young prospects in the sport.
• Free Livestreaming Confirmed: Olympia President Dan Solomon announced that the 2026 Mr. Olympia livestream will be entirely free, with OlympiaTV carrying athlete check-ins, prejudging, and finals across all divisions for global fans.
• Multi-Venue Setup: This year’s Olympia utilizes three major Las Vegas locations—the Orleans Arena, Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall, and Palms Casino Resort as the host hotel—expanding fan access and expo capacity.
• Prejudging & Finals Schedule Highlights: Friday features prejudging and finals for 212, Classic Physique, Figure, Women’s Physique, Ms. Olympia, and Wellness, plus Mr. Olympia prejudging; Saturday closes with Men’s Physique, Fitness, Bikini, Wheelchair, Fit Model, and the Mr. Olympia
🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS ) Olympia weekend, Every division is under pressure. Every athlete is either sharpening or slipping. No filters. No safety nets. Just consequences.
Men’s Open is a three‑man collision course. Nick Walker walked in with that rebuilt‑from‑hell confidence, the kind you earn, not the kind you post. Derek Lunsford is carrying a dynasty on his shoulders, and dynasties don’t get judged on “almost.” Samson Dauda is the danger nobody wants to stand beside when the lights hit. One misstep from any of them and the whole top five shifts.
Classic Physique is boiling. Wesley Vissers has momentum and precision. Anton Ratushnyi is the young wolf who doesn’t care about seniority — he’s here to take plates off veteran tables. Michael Daboul pulling out reshapes the lineup and opens lanes for killers who were already circling.
Withdrawals changed the math. Courage Opara out. Daboul out. Hadi still out. Every missing name widens the door for someone bold enough to walk through it.
The Amateur Olympia already crowned a threat — Albertas Krinickis didn’t just win, he announced himself. Early‑week shockwaves like that mean the whole weekend is unstable in the best way.

☆PROUD TEAM USP CHAMPION☆

• Started the day at 0430. Mr Ash is still sleeping. Feeling not so bad this morning. Bit stiff. Monster day at work yesterday. I grab my pre loaded pin of USP gear.
Sustanon 500 at 40mg,
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/sustanon-500-mg-ml-10ml-vial-up/

Primo 40mg

Mast e 25mg https://us-pharmacies.to/product/drostanolone-enanthate/

Gear beamed aboard, throw the science officers robe on to do the perimeter sweep, no need to water the yard we have had monsoon come in and rain off and on with thunderstorms so everything is cool and wet. Collect buttnuggets, 3 anabolic eggs this morning. I hit the Creeper dungeon Turned on a music mix. Started on the treadmill walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone for 25 minutes. Start doing my yoga stretches, getting everything loose and limber. Was pretty tight all the way around. So into work, started off with my Creeper stretches slow circles with a 30 lb dumbbell on the bench at an angle to let the weight pull on the shoulders and warm. Set up warm up sets.

* 193.8 this morning
* 7hr 48 min sleep. Cpap in use.

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 90 lbs
12 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed hard I focus from deep stretch the weight just hanging on the pecks. From the bottom acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. To a center convergence. Slowing down to imagine and feeling squeezing the chest intensive. On set 3 dropped back to 10 and 8 stalling into some partials to dropping the dumbbells. Staying level.

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
Went straight to 30 reps x 20 lbs, I focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms with a small bend at the elbows. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.
We at 20 lbs, dropped to 15lbs and did 30 more reps without pause. Dropped to 10 lbs stalling at 28. Gain 4 reps.

• Triceps Rope extensions Overhead — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Focused, feeling the contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace. To keep time under tension. On the retraction movement I slow the movement to bring tension to max stretch then an accelerated movement up. On a 2 and 4 count on the movements. Set 3 hit 14, then 13. We stay even with reps.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets, 15 reps target.
Cross‑cable setup we are at 10lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. And didn't seem to bother any. We added reps. I do say it was burning good. We are up 5 reps across the 5 sets.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 30 lbs up and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be hitching in the movement. This felt really good. Still shaking. The press and flys are showing.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
Starting of with 15 push up's on the foam blocks. Took a minute to recover. Did 12 more. My chest is tapping.
* Pull up's
Did 10 took a minute got 7 more. CNS is cooked. Still got good stretch in.

* Then more Creeper stretches. Shoulders were a bit tight.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 4,400—4,750
- Protein: ~400–450 added protein powder to everything
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~100–130g
- Sodium: ~4,800–5,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
Well we made Friday for most, I have to work tomorrow, lame, just wanted to watch the O. But still busy around here, K has homecoming too this Saturday evening. So that will be fun as well. Amanda is doing good things seem to have stabilized for her. Still a bit down on energy. I'm sure it will take time to get a good base line level.
But doing well overall.

• Heated Mr. Olympia press conference

• Nick Walker, Samson Dauda vs. Bob Cicherillo:
Nick Walker and Samson Dauda directly confronted athlete rep/host Bob Cicherillo over past comments and predictions, including Cicherillo’s take that Samson over ~300 lbs wouldn’t make top five. The exchange turned into a full-on verbal clash and set the tone for a hostile, high‑stakes weekend.
• Derek Lunsford under fire:
Reigning champ Derek Lunsford opened the presser stressing that his confidence comes from wanting the title more than anyone else, while analysts framed him as the main target of the lineup as he chases a third Sandow and historic status alongside past legends.
• Posedown preview:
Before the press conference wrapped, Nick Walker, Samson Dauda, and Andrew Jacked stripped down for an impromptu posedown, giving fans an early look at Open-class conditioning and escalating the rivalry energy before prejudging.

• Open division physique assessments & check-ins
• Brandon Curry “still 3D”:
Veteran former Mr. Olympia Brandon Curry shocked insiders with final 24‑hour check‑in photos—round muscle bellies, deep separation, and a look that refuses to age out of contention.
• Martin Fitzwater status:
Early feedback suggested Martin Fitzwater appeared slightly flat during depletion, but his camp is expected to push a heavy carb load to bring him fully to life under stage lights, making him a volatile threat given his past win over Samson Dauda.
• Rubiel “Neckzilla” Mosquera:
Rubiel Mosquera drew major crowd attention at expo check‑ins, with reports confirming he’s deep into his final ultra‑dense prep phase—one of the most visually shocking physiques in the building.
• Overall Open landscape:
Coaches and media (Milos Sarcev, Dave Palumbo, and others) are calling this one of the most stacked Open lineups in recent memory, with multiple former champions, rising threats, and genuine uncertainty over how the first callouts will shake out.
• Athlete count & divisions:
Official tracking confirms over 300+ qualified athletes across 12 divisions, making the 62nd Mr. Olympia one of the largest and most historically loaded editions ever.
• Records in play:
Multiple champions are in position to tie or break records—Derek Lunsford chasing a third Sandow, Andrea Shaw aiming for a seventh Ms. Olympia, Ashley Kaltwasser hunting a fourth Bikini title, and more, all adding extra weight to every callout.
• Live judging & coverage:
Judging rounds are underway at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with prejudging and finals streamed free via OlympiaTV after registration, covering athlete check‑ins, all divisions, and the Champions Seminar.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)

The press conference didn’t “get spicy”—it went nuclear.
Nick Walker walked in like the Sandow was already engraved with his name, and Samson Dauda matched that voltage rep for rep. When both turned their fire on Bob Cicherillo, the whole weekend snapped from polite promotion into Open-class combat.
Derek Lunsford looked calm, but that calm felt like weighted and heavy, not comfort. He’s carrying legacy pressure, every word, every pose judged against whether he belongs next to the all‑time greats. The panel treated him like the man to beat, not the man already crowned.
Brandon Curry showing up “still 3D” at this stage of his career? That’s not nostalgia, that’s a live threat.
Rubiel “Neckzilla” Mosquera pulling gravity at check‑ins? That’s not buzz, that’s orbit.
Martin Fitzwater looking flat right now? That’s not a flaw? They screwed up. Didn't look like carb load missing looked like a film of water/fat to me.
And the scale of it all: 300+ athletes. 12 divisions. One historic collision.
This isn’t just another Olympia—it’s super bowl where reputations, records, and entire careers get rewritten in a single weekend.
Men’s Open and Classic prejudging are about to flip talk into truth.
Vegas is humming.
The stage is unforgiving.
And every man stepping under those lights knows: the next 48 hours decide whether they’re a footnote… or a headline.
