Put on the science officers robe. Do my perimeter sweep, water yard and chickens. Got 3 eggs this morning.
The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up in the legs/ back. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Stink bug walking hands back to standing is really good on the hamstrings.
️ off with my old school standard stretches..It is going to be a rougher than normal day. legs are very sore this morning. As executed now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.
* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 20 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 mores a slow and controlled descent and a strong acceleration out of the hole.
* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25 lbs. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 7 more... 5x2 and set 3 at 8 stalled with 25lb plate. I took a minute and got 5 more then did partials to the point I couldn't move up an inch.
* I started doing what I call Creeper Curl. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground (pronation). 20lbs. Start bent 20%. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down 100% as you curl up to 80% high or so. As you go back down, extending as you go back down. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets.
* tossed in a set of 3 x 25 lbs preacher curls with dumbbells. Get a good solid pump. As the Creeper curl is more of a forearms movement.

TEAM USP BODYBUILDING NEWS
09/24/2026
The 2026 Mr. Olympia weekend in Las Vegas is officially underway (September 24–27), bringing a massive wave of final physique updates and breaking news as athletes hit the stage.
Men's Open & Classic Physique Headliners
Nick Walker (3 Days Out): Known as one of the most transparent athletes online, Walker dropped highly confident physique updates just prior to the show. Embracing his underdog/rivalry narrative, he stated, "I have nothing to hide. They know I'm coming." Experts like Milos Sarcev have publicly noted that Walker looks capable of legitimately taking the title this year.] [
Derek Lunsford: Defending Mr. Olympia champion, widely picked by expert panels to secure a third straight title. Analysts are closely watching his conditioning, as potential skin thickness issues could impact his razor-sharpness under the heavy stage lights.] [
Samson Dauda & Andrew Jacked: Dauda enters as a former Mr. Olympia champion and consistent top-three favorite, while Andrew Jacked comes in unbeaten since last year’s Olympia, making the Men’s Open battle one of the most volatile in recent memory.] [
Wesley Vissers: Fresh off major wins at the 2026 Arnold Classic and Detroit Pro, Vissers received direct posing advice from Flex Wheeler, who told him to slow transitions and “show every detail” to maximize his conditioning advantage against Ramon Dino and Mike Sommerfeld.] [
Anton Ratushnyi: The 22-year-old phenom shared an incredibly shredded final physique update ahead of making his highly anticipated Mr. Olympia debut, instantly becoming one of the most watched young names in the Open ranks.] [
Roster Changes & Last-Minute Withdrawals
• Courage Opara Out (212): The 212 division took a significant hit right before the weekend when elite competitor Courage Opara officially withdrew from the lineup after suffering rhabdomyolysis, leaving him unable to recover in time for the show.
• Michael Daboul Out (Classic Physique): Classic Physique competitor Michael Daboul announced his withdrawal from the 2026 Olympia, stating he is pivoting his focus to a full recovery and a targeted 2027 return.
• Hadi Choopan Absent (Men’s Open): Former Mr. Olympia Hadi Choopan will not appear on stage this year due to ongoing UAE visa issues, removing a major threat from the Open lineup and reshaping top-five predictions.
Live Event News & Amateur Triumphs
• Amateur Olympia Crowned: In the earliest action out of Las Vegas, 20-year-old Albertas Krinickis stunned the crowd by winning the Overall title at the Amateur Olympia, securing his status as one of the most exciting young prospects in the sport.
• Free Livestreaming Confirmed: Olympia President Dan Solomon announced that the 2026 Mr. Olympia livestream will be entirely free, with OlympiaTV carrying athlete check-ins, prejudging, and finals across all divisions for global fans.
• Multi-Venue Setup: This year’s Olympia utilizes three major Las Vegas locations—the Orleans Arena, Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall, and Palms Casino Resort as the host hotel—expanding fan access and expo capacity.
• Prejudging & Finals Schedule Highlights: Friday features prejudging and finals for 212, Classic Physique, Figure, Women’s Physique, Ms. Olympia, and Wellness, plus Mr. Olympia prejudging; Saturday closes with Men’s Physique, Fitness, Bikini, Wheelchair, Fit Model, and the Mr. Olympia
TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS ) Olympia weekend, Every division is under pressure. Every athlete is either sharpening or slipping. No filters. No safety nets. Just consequences.
Men’s Open is a three‑man collision course. Nick Walker walked in with that rebuilt‑from‑hell confidence, the kind you earn, not the kind you post. Derek Lunsford is carrying a dynasty on his shoulders, and dynasties don’t get judged on “almost.” Samson Dauda is the danger nobody wants to stand beside when the lights hit. One misstep from any of them and the whole top five shifts.
Classic Physique is boiling. Wesley Vissers has momentum and precision. Anton Ratushnyi is the young wolf who doesn’t care about seniority — he’s here to take plates off veteran tables. Michael Daboul pulling out reshapes the lineup and opens lanes for killers who were already circling.
Withdrawals changed the math. Courage Opara out. Daboul out. Hadi still out. Every missing name widens the door for someone bold enough to walk through it.
The Amateur Olympia already crowned a threat — Albertas Krinickis didn’t just win, he announced himself. Early‑week shockwaves like that mean the whole weekend is unstable in the best way.
