Yeah, I’ve had anxiety spike mid-cycle too, especially when I wasn’t sleeping right or my food was off. EQ always made it worse for me, even at moderate doses. Could be mental baseline stuff too. EQ made me way more anxious than NPP. Heart was always racing, and I couldn't relax. NPP felt smoother mentally, but I still kept doses low to be safe.
