Fasted weight came in at 232.4 this morning, a nice drop from yesterday which shows things are already starting to move in the right direction as the cut begins. Sleep was definitely lacking though at only about 4.5 hours with multiple wakeups to go to the bathroom. Even with that, it surprisingly did not affect my gym session much. Energy was still high, mood was good, and I was able to get through leg day without issue. The pump was not the strongest, but it was still there enough to get a solid session in. Where the lack of sleep really showed was later in the day. I ended up falling asleep on the couch while watching something, just could not help it. I did not get a real nap in though since dad and husband duties were calling, especially taking my little one to gymnastics. Definitely feeling it now and looking forward to getting a full night of sleep tonight. Tomorrow is a cardio day so I do not have to wake up early, which should help me catch up on some rest. Calories have come down slightly and it has not been too hard to stick to so far. Hoping the Cagrilintide really starts to kick in more as I continue to adjust macros downward.

Fasted weight came in at 230.8 this morning, a solid drop from where I was just a few days ago which is exactly what I was hoping to see as things settle and the cut starts doing its job. Feels like the water and digestion are finally normalizing and the body is responding well. Sleep was incredible at just under 8 hours with only one wake up, which made a huge difference in how I felt. I actually slept in thinking I would have time to get some cardio in, but that did not end up happening. Work was packed with meetings all day and once the afternoon hit, my wife was busy so it was all dad mode from there. Had to step in, finish a project, get dinner going, and take my little one to ballet. No downtime at all today, just nonstop moving. But that is how it goes and honestly I am blessed to be able to show up like that for my family. No gym today, but I am ready to get back in tomorrow morning and keep things rolling.

Sleep: ~8 hours, only one wake up, great quality

Fasted weight came in at 232.1 this morning, a small bump from yesterday but nothing out of the ordinary as things continue to fluctuate while the body adjusts to the cut and protocol changes. Sleep was great at a little over 7.5 hours and I can definitely feel recovery improving. I am curious how much of that is coming from the recent protocol adjustments because things do feel like they are trending in a better direction. GH sides are still there a bit, mainly in my hands and slightly in my knees, but they do seem to be improving which is what matters. Work has been busy with meetings and new projects, so I pushed training to the afternoon and ended up trying out a new gym. That meant figuring things out on the fly and running a slightly different chest routine based on what was available. Strength was still there and the pump felt really strong, so no complaints at all. Energy held up throughout the entire day even with everything going on, so overall a solid day. Looking forward to hitting shoulders and arms tomorrow.

Fasted weight came in at 233.3 this morning, a bit of a bump from yesterday but still within that range I have been sitting at as things slowly trend during the cut. Sleep was solid at about 7.5 hours with around 6 of those on CPAP, so recovery felt really good going into the day. Overall it was a very chill but productive day. Got a half day of work in and then headed to the gym for a shoulder session. Energy was high all day, pump was strong, and mood was great throughout. Those sessions where everything just feels smooth always hit different. After the workout it was straight into some Easter Sunday clothes shopping, then dinner, and wrapped up with Good Friday service at church. Definitely a full but good day all around. Tomorrow is a rest day so I am looking forward to getting another solid night of sleep and staying on track with recovery.
