Getting a little concerned. My liver numbers are not falling back to earth. I got blood work done eight weeks after my oral cycle. There's still about 25 points above normal. You have any tips for what I can do to get them back on point?

Hi @zoasike

You should use 500 mg/day of TUDCA. Do you have a source for your gear? You can check out TUDCA from UPsteroid here and use the coupon code UP2026 for a discount.

N2Guard is the GOAT. It's got over 40 ingredients and it covers everything from head to toe.

Bros, you want to stick to top-level supplements. Just doing some milk thistle is old school from the 80s. Nowadays you got to hit a lot of different supplements to hit different things.

One of the top supplements that's a must is going to be tudca. There's a reason why it's expensive and there's a reason why it works. It is a good one.

N2Guard has you covered. You can take 7 capsules a day and it will cover your organs, including your heart, kidneys, and liver.

I was one of the guys who helped develop n2guard and it's a great product. You can buy it on eBay these days.

As a Sports Physical Therapist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I'd recommend treating this as something to discuss with your healthcare provider rather than trying to manage it through training or supplements alone.

Since your liver enzymes are still about 25 points above the normal range eight weeks after your oral cycle, I'd suggest following up with the physician who ordered your labs. They can determine whether additional testing or continued monitoring is needed.

In the meantime, I'd keep training moderate, stay well hydrated, prioritize quality sleep and a nutrient-dense diet, and avoid alcohol and any unnecessary supplements that could place additional stress on your liver until your numbers return to normal. Getting your health markers back on track should be the priority before increasing training intensity again.
