No lifting today as it was a scheduled rest day. I accidentally forgot to weigh myself this morning. I did 30 minutes on the stairmaster at 8 speed.

Trained my whole upper body to bring in the weekend. I feel like a total beast with the whole upper body pumped up.

I had to lower my dose of hgh due to anxiety. Not sure if anyone else has experienced that, but going back to 2iu has made me calm down.
