Good morning everyone, so on the menu today we have legs!!

Had a great weekend recalibrating and soaking in some hot water, was ready to get after it this morning.

Bed time around 10:00 pm with C-Pap, I sleep hard and deep because of our friends at @US-pharmacies.

I've bumped up the Test P, NPP, Anavar, and HGH, and I feel good upon waking. Energy is there and my strength has gotten better, I have very good deep sleeps and I'm eating about 5-6 times a day right now. I get to have a cheat meal throughout the week as well.

Today was a big push day for me. I decided to add some low dose Tren and raise my testosterone dose. I hit some heavy weight and had a great workout.

Posting for yesterday’s check in. I had another back and bicep workout. The gains have been spectacular and the progression has been steady. Feeling like a beast in the gym moving some heavy weight around.

Today’s leg day was not the best one I’ve had recently, but I powered through it and lifted some heavy ish weight with form I am proud of. I felt really good leaving the gym despite not feeling so strong.

Chest/Back/shoulders focus. Had a great rest day yesterday where I just did cardio and sauna. I came back to the gym today feeling strong and refeshed and hit some big PRs.

Always nice to hit PR's, this is such a great cycle, as the 600 and 650 are really doing their part. Then your diet and regimen are doing the rest. Very good amount of steps.
 
I took the weekend off the fun and watched my goat (victor wembanyama) play on Saturday. I have decided to try going with daily injections for all of my oils too. Strength is going up like crazy and I think some serious muscle is getting put on.

Yesterday was a back and bicep day for me, but I fell asleep before posting on accident. I decided to lower the weight in some movements to work on my form and continue improving the back. Things felt really great and my back is feeling like it got some good work in.
