Thanks brother!! Tren is definitely hitting!! I've been gaining strength ever since incorporating it!!
As far as body composition I cant really tell too much on myself I will be posting an updated pic very soon.. April 11th will officially be the end of the 2nd month of my program and im down about 11-12 lbs, and I've made 2 new holes in my belt cause my pants were falling down and strength is still climbing so I dont think im doing terrible but I also feel I could be doing a bit better 🤷🏻
So im going to start adding more cardio i went from 45min after training sessions to 55min last week and im going to continue adding 10 min a week till I hit 90 or i might just go for 90 next week😜

Love it! Do you notice any negative effect of Tren on cardio? I’ll be throwing in Tren A during my cut, seeing lots of Team USP running it with great results!

Actually not bad at all... No night sweats no uncontrollable anger or aggression the Only thing I am noticing is its hard to sleep in at all. After the 1st week I started waking up in the middle of the night so I would have broken sleep sometimes then I started waking up really early no matter what time I went to bed.. But I got some melatonin and thats helped a lot...

Oh.. and I forgot another side effect.. My dating standards seem to be dropping ... QUICK..!! Im ready to fuck almost anything now!!🤣

@TrippyRocks oh and I forgot to mention about cardio.. at 200mg a week I didnt notice any adverse effects on cardio I could do 55 min on the stair stepper level 6 no problem .. I just bumped the dose up to 280mg last week so ill keep you posted.. but I absolutely love it and recommend it 100%..

Today was a shit day for me... I got the absolute worst sleep last night and I had to clock in at work at 6:00 am..

Straight after work I had to rush to a Dr. appt.
Then I had to visit my daughter for a few hrs..I didnt get back home till 8:30 p.m tonight and I was exhausted!! Not to mention I had nothing prepared to eat so I had to bake some yams which took an hour an a half so I didnt make it to the gym tonight . Im on 3 hrs of sleep so my workout would have been trash anyways... I have tomorrow off so im gonna train 1st thing in the morning...

Always gotta have something that can easily turn into a meal, even if it’s microwaved. I get microwaveable rice, and pre-portioned packs of chicken or beef bites from Costco. Makes for a solid quick meal.

Always gotta have something that can easily turn into a meal, even if it’s microwaved. I get microwaveable rice, and pre-portioned packs of chicken or beef bites from Costco. Makes for a solid quick meal.

Yea.. your absolutely right.. I kinda ran into the same scenario today .. I knew i didnt have anything prepared at home so before I left work I made myself a quick meal that was macro friendly.. my co-workers looked at me like I was nuts

Today was a good day!! I got solid sleep last night felt strong I felt motivated and my weight is finally going down slowly but surely!!

Today was supposed to be leg day.. but like I've mentioned my left knee has been bothering me significantly.. So Im going to order some knee wraps and wait to do legs when I get them next week.. Getting old really sucks..lol

To be perfectly honest I was just gonna push through and go lighter but when I got to the gym my headphones were completely dead they didnt charge for whatever reason and I was pissed!!

But instead of just going home I decided to do 90min of cardio instead cause I was already there..
