Late on posting but work has finally calmed down. Nothing missed today, just a simple rest day trying to recoup some sleep. Fairly successful in that endeavor, 5.5 hours. I’ll take what I can get. My problem isn’t falling asleep, it’s staying asleep. Would gladly take any recommendations anyone has.
Here are the things I’ve tried:

L-theanine
Mag glycinate
Melatonin 1-3mg(makes me very groggy)
Benadryl(will knock me out but same really bad grogginess)
Generic sleep aid(hit and miss)
HGH(does nothing for my sleep)
