Well I took two rest days instead of one. Back really wasn’t feeling up for supporting squats so I called it a wash and went back to sleep. Tried again the next day but man, 130am comes quick when you don’t get to bed until 10pm so I said nah and went back to sleep again lol. Don’t judge me.
Looking forward to the new schedule starting Monday and only working 8hr shifts. Should be much easier to get those morning lifts in.
Today was the first lower day of the split. To be honest, my back still was feeling a little sore but we gave it a go any way. Only pushed one heavy set on smith squats to be safe because I could feel that erector didn’t want to cooperate. All in all still a solid lower day.
Writing this while on my last cardio session for the day so steps should end up around 15k
