I am still nursing a minor injury. I have some BPC157 and TB500 on the way from the gang over at US pharmacies. I was able to train some biceps and triceps today. Nothing crazy just enough to get some stimulus.

The strength is going up and I feel like I’m growing each session. The minor injury I had is nearly fully resolved so it shouldn’t be too long before I’m pushing some heavy ass weight again. How long does Meal Prep take you? Used to take me a few hours, been doing it so long now, have it down to about 1-1.5hr
These days it is pretty quick, but it used to take a few hours haha. I have a system and procedure to make sure I have as many things cooking at once as possible haha.
