I think they’ve been progressing well with the extra focus I’ve been giving them. Weight is holding pretty steady so it’s about time we start trying to lean out and see what gains have been made.

Checking in with the weeks work outs so far. I got my bloodwork drawn Monday and I’m still awaiting some results. I’ve been feeling a little bit tired after some of my meals, so I’m definitely glad this bulk is coming to an end in a few weeks. I decided to increase anadrol to 50mg and growth to 6iu.

yesterday was a rest day as I had a few friends graduating college so I was celebrating with them. Friday I did full upper with a heavy focus on back and shoulders. June 1 officially marks the first day of the cut wide I will be going back to 8-10% bodyfat to prepare for another massive push. I will be running just test, maybe some primo and a few peptides to help with the fat burning. I’m excited to see the new gains with less body fat.

I got my bloodwork back and there’s some things I’ll be able to clean up during my upcoming health/clean out phase. Mainly my lipids/apob. Everything else was pretty clean overall.

I am so glad to start my cut as I am starting to dislike the amount of body fat on my physique. It is making me self-conscious about the way I look, so I am glad to get a lot of this fluff off of me.
