Fasted weight came in at 218.4lbs this morning. Sleep was pretty broken up with family leaving at different times, so I had a few wakeups throughout the night and ended up sleeping in a little later than planned. That meant the workout got skipped today, but no big deal since I can make it up later in the week.

Energy was still good all day even with getting up to say goodbye and making an airport run. Mood stayed solid too and honestly I’m feeling ready for the week ahead.

Fasted weight came in at 218.4lbs this morning, basically right where it was yesterday. Sleep was good overall at a little over 6 hours with around 4 of those using the CPAP. Since cruising on TRT, sleep interruptions have been way better too, usually only one or two wakeups max if any.

Got up early for a great leg day and everything felt on point. Energy was high, mood was great, and the pump was definitely there with vascularity popping through more than usual. Really solid session overall. Tomorrow will be some early fasted cardio to keep things moving.

Woke up this morning and decided to go with cardio. Forgot to grab my fasted weight beforehand, but after the session I came in at 216.6lbs. Sleep was close to 6 hours and I still felt pretty rested going into the day.

Work was heavy with meetings, but energy held up well throughout all of it. Got a 2 mile run in followed by a 1 mile walk to finish things off. Nothing else major to report today. Looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow and getting some extra recovery.

Fasted weight came in at 219.1lbs this morning and sleep was great. Didn’t wake up at all last night and got a solid 8 hours, easily the most uninterrupted sleep I’ve had in a while. Definitely felt good getting that kind of recovery in.

No gym today, but still got 30 minutes on the stairs here at home. Work was busy, but it was a good kind of busy, probably because I know I’m heading into an extended weekend. Got the next 5 days off, so I’m looking forward to some extra recovery, family time, and getting some good training in.

Fasted weight came in at 219.2lbs this morning and sleep was amazing. Got over 8 hours total with around 6 hours on the CPAP and no alarm to wake up to since I was off today. Felt great to actually sleep in and get some real recovery.

Only thing on the schedule today was getting to the gym, and I had a great back day. Energy was solid, mood was good, and it felt nice having the day centered around training without rushing. Planning to get in early tomorrow for shoulders, then taking Sunday off for Father’s Day like I should.

Fasted weight came in at 217.6lbs this morning and sleep was good at around 7 hours. Woke up a little later than expected, so I ended up going with a shoulder day at home instead of heading into the gym. Still got a solid session in and followed it up with a long outdoor walk to get that tan going. Sunny and hot out, but the breeze made it feel great.

Taking tomorrow off entirely since it’s Father’s Day. Got a nice steak dinner planned, so I’ll definitely be eating good and enjoying the day. Overall solid day, good sleep, good movement, and ready for a full rest day tomorrow.

First off, Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there.

Forgot to take fasted weight this morning, but sleep was great at almost 8 hours. Did exactly what I said I was going to do and took the entire day off to enjoy Father’s Day with my wife and daughters. No macros tracked today, but I didn’t overindulge either.

Had a really good day overall. For dinner we had some nice ribeye steaks and dessert was my favorite rainbow sherbet. Enjoyed time with the family, got some thoughtful gifts, went swimming, and ended the night with a chill movie together. Exactly the kind of reset I needed. Back on the program starting tomorrow, really need to lock in.

Fasted weight came in at 216.8lbs this morning, and that’s even after a nice steak dinner with sides and ice cream for dessert yesterday. Definitely not complaining about that. Sleep was good too at around 7 hours, so overall it was a solid start to the day.

Pretty chill day since I was off work. Got some yard cleanup done and then went in for a mid day push session. Workout felt good and it was nice getting back to the program after taking Father’s Day off. Sadly got some news that my grandma isn’t doing too good, so I might have to fly out soon. If that happens, I’ll probably be MIA for a few days, just waiting for a call from my parents but just going to handle when we get to it.
