Slept 8 hours last night, the day turned into my only full rest day all week instead of tomorrow, and the extra sleep did wonders. No fasted weight today either, but energy and mood were great with all that rest. Feeling recovered and ready to ramp back up. Tomorrow is a combination of chest and back to hit them for a second time this week. Spending the rest of the day with my wife and girls going out, so looking forward to that family time and some chill vibes before the grind picks up again.

Woke up at 212.3lbs this morning with a 6 solid hours of sleep, I felt rested and ready. Pump was incredible today, energy high, and mood on point the whole session. The gym was empty very early this morning which is always great, just me and no distractions. Hit chest and shoulders to give them an extra go for the week. Had a good connection, delts and chest got that deep burn, and the vascularity is still popping more each week. Gym followed by church and taking my wife and girls out shopping, to the movies, and dinner. An incredible Sunday to say the least. A new week starts tomorrow, lets all go out and get it!

Almost didn’t wake up in time for the gym this morning, I ran out fast so I didn’t get a fasted weight. Got post-workout weight at 214.2lbs though. Sleep was only about 5.5 hours but I still had energy, a good pump, and the right mood to get the workout in. Quads were pumped like crazy, so much it hurt to walk after the extensions and presses. Increased YK-11 to 40mg split for the day to finish the bottle since I only have a few more days of it left, so pushing it while it's working. Session felt solid, strength is climbing back, and the fullness is unreal. Legs are smoked in the best way.

Sleep wasn’t the greatest, got almost 5 hours last night. Fasted weight came in at 212.7lbs this morning. But today I tried out a new PWO (Alpha Mood) mixed with one I already had (Smash). This new combo shot my energy up like crazy, but overall my mood was greatly increased – really made me forget I didn’t get a full night’s rest. Post-workout that same mix had me feeling great while working and through most of the day. Pump was great too, back felt thick and wide by the end. Get to sleep in tomorrow and still get some fasted cardio before work, so I’m definitely looking forward to that.

Slept a solid 7 hours last night and it felt amazing, I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. No pump today since it's an active recovery day, but mood was positive all around. Only caffeine was a morning coffee (double americano black) and didn't need any more the whole day as my energy stayed steady the entire day. Did 45min cardio on the stairs at home with some abs to finish, got a good sweat, and flushed everything out without taxing recovery. Fasted weight at 212.3lbs this morning, holding nice and lean while the body recharges. Excited for the rest of the week ahead and getting back to heavy lifts tomorrow. Slept in until 630am but my youngest one came into the room saying she couldn't sleep, waking my wife and I up. Watch still shows 6hr and 3min of sleep. I don't feel sleepy or like I don't have energy though. Got a solid shoulder workout mid day that I stepped away from work to do. Always nice to use those paid hours to workout haha. Pump was real good, energy high, and mood better than usual thanks to that new PWO again. Love that stuff!

This mornings fasted weight came in at 212.5lbs. Had a good sleep score last night because it was 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep and let me tell you, I felt well rested and ready to go when I woke up. Energy was on point, pump had me feeling real thick, and mood was up extra because it’s Friday. Long day of work trying to get my project finished and still had to work a little tonight but that’s ok because I love my job. Overall a great session with the chest feeling full from the presses and flys and my strength has gone up even with the weightloss thanks to the YK.

Slept in but a little too long this morning, I woke up and had to get dressed quickly because I forgot I had to go to the men's breakfast at my church. Didn't have time to get my fasted weight. Sleep was 7 solid hours, uninterrupted again. My sleep has been improving a lot lately and I'm loving it, waking up feeling way more recovered and sharp overall. Took the girls out to eat today, I ended up going with a burger (no fries) and ate some of their nacho's appetizer a bit haha. Finished off the day with some stairs in the garage, 45min at a steady pace to keep things moving and working up a little sweat. Back in the gym early tomorrow morning.

Today turned into a full rest day, spending the entire day with the wife and daughters running errands and going to a couple of doctors appointments. Definitely felt weird not going to the gym on a Monday, but that’s ok since I know my girls had a good day and there’s always tomorrow. No workout today, just family time and recovery. Body feels recharged and ready to hit it hard again tomorrow.

Really looking forward to next month, I will be jumping on some Mito peptides, as well as some Klow soon as well. Fasted weight was 212.9lbs this morning on the new scale, let's see how the readings track as I continue with it and compare to the old one. Total sleep was good, solid 7.5 hours, woke up feeling rested. No 5am gym today, opted for a mid-day shoulder day instead, I felt more energized and stronger by training later with better fueling. Pump was on point, delts filled out nicely on the presses and laterals, but I'm not going to lie, definitely miss those insane YK-11 pumps. Still a great Friday session though, connection was sharp and the volume hit just right. Overall a great day for a Friday JR, looking forward to hitting chest bright and early tomorrow morning. Work week wrapped up strong, family time in the evening, and the recomp is still rolling smooth into 2026. Weight came in way higher than I thought, must be holding on to a good bit of water, the scale said 214.2lbs fasted. Sleep was not great at 4.5 hours, but I was up and ready to go as soon as my alarm hit. PWO had energy flowing through the veins and the US Pharmacies tadalafil providing the pump. It was a chest day so the mood had to be high. Mood went even higher when someone complimented me on looking bigger, which I think translated to actually looking bigger in the post-chest pictures I took. Chill day at work so I just ran errands with the wife all day – always good when we get to spend some quality time together. Got 5.5 hours of sleep, but woke up well before my alarm and full of energy because today was a recovery day and I had an early tee time booked. No pump but the mood was definitely high, even with a few shanks and slices. Got plenty of steps in and even though it's carts only, I tend to jog to my ball and jog back to the cart, get the heart pumping a little bit throughout the round. Didn't shoot what I'm used to because the last time I golfed was 5 months ago but left feeling good and like I got a workout in. Great Saturday and a good change of what I normally do but definitely excited to get back in the gym tomorrow, thinking back and shoulders to give them a second go this week.

Chose to get that extra needed sleep and hit the gym later in the day. Morning church time with the family, followed by clearing out the garage and mounting up a TV so that we can have something to watch when working out there or in case we want to hang out with the garage door open and watch a game. Caught the ending of the Broncos Pats game after putting it up. Looks like we'll be having Pats vs the Seahawks in the Super Bowl. After all that I went in and hit a solid workout. Shoulders were really popping! Now I'm pumped to do legs tomorrow!

Amazon decided to show up and drop a package at 2am right when I was getting some good sleep, they woke me up but I still got up at 4:30 to be at the gym by 5am. Got a real good leg workout in, quads were feeling it hard by the end. I could feel that I went golfing Saturday, not an injury feel, just that weird soreness in the hips and legs from walking the course and swinging the club. Work was crazy today and it's going to be all week, mentally super exhausted. Planning on sleeping in a little tomorrow and making sure I take an extra long break to hit the gym to try and break up the work stress. Going in for BIG BACK tomorrow!
