@Mobster Leg pressing 660 kg or 1452 lb for 12 is absolutely crazy. Basically you can press a car.

w/up, 10kg x 15, 30kg x 8, 50kg x 8 and 70kg/154lbs x 8. Easy. Could have done 80kg

EZ Skull Crushers
12kg bar x 20, 32kg x 8, 52kg x 8 and 77kg/169.4lbs x 8 (pushed hard on the last 2-3 reps)

Dumbbell Wrist Curls
to 55kg/121lbs (needed a 52.5kg really for the left hand) x 6L and 8R

Did the usual BS x 40 squeezing the forearms

Beast mode switched on. Decided on 2 numbers I want in 2026. 500kg Hatfield and a 200kg Bench Press

Bit of a 'where am I' after weeks off this exercise and then - do the work
Usual format warm ups to 170kg/374lbs x 4 x 1

Lat Pulldowns

1/2 stack x 8, stack x 8 and stack + gym pin +50kg / eqv to 156kg/343lbs x 8
