Normally an active recovery day, I was up early anyway and physically didn't feel a rest day was needed yet so I decided to go in and hit chest. Slept about 5.5 hours but energy levels were high all day. Pump felt strong and mood was excited. Today marks 1 year that I committed to consistency in and out of the gym, when I decided to turn my life around. Went from pushing almost 300lbs down to 214lbs. Guess you can say that's enough to motivate me to keep going this morning lol. Excited for what's to come though, I have great support at home with my wife and I got Team USP backing me up too!

Fasted weight came in at 214.5lbs this morning. Sleep could have been better, rest day for me today but we have my nephew living with us at the moment and he decided to leave earlier than usual and set off our ring doorbell, so it woke me up when I had another hour to sleep. But it's all good, I woke up, dosed my morning Reta, and took the start of some other peptides. Don't know if its placebo or not but the peptides I took this morning really had me energized today. I will update what my daily protocol is going to be down below 😬. With today being a rest day and not really feeling like I needed too much of a rest, I hit some cardio on the stairs to get the blood flowing and keep things moving. Overall a chill day, but the extra movement felt good and helped shake off the interrupted sleep. Energy stayed steady and mood was positive, SO ready to ramp back up tomorrow. I always miss the gym when I don't go.

Fasted weight was 214.8lbs this morning and I got a solid 5.5 hours of sleep in, even woke up before my alarm. Today was shoulders and I felt amazing going in. Energy was high, mood was very positive, and the pump had me looking big. Everything was firing great today. Finally caught a breather at work, finishing up some important work before noon and just calling it a day there. It's finally the weekend and the way work was this week, tomorrow is definitely going to stay a rest day, no reason to wake up early so hopefully I can sleep in a good bit. Decided to start the new protocol today and the mito stack portion of it is already proving to be effective! 5amino, mots, ss31, and slu before my workout is probably what contributed to such high energy levels in the gym and all day. Excited for the coming months and progressing even more on this journey!

Fasted weight at 212.5lbs this morning, its holding steady and feeling leaner overall today compared to previous daus. Got a solid 7.5 hours of sleep last night. Woke up a couple times in the night but it didn't affect my overall sleep. I was able to knock right back out the moment I laid back down. Pretty chill Saturday overall since it's an active recovery day for me. Jumped right on the stairs in the garage to hit 45min of fasted cardio, mostly zone 2 with a slight bump to zone 3 for a little bit. We put a TV up in the garage so it was pretty cool to be on the stairs watching something on that instead of on my phone. Always feels weird not going into the gym, so I'm excited for tomorrow!!

Fasted weight at 212lbs this morning, its holding strong in the low 212s. Sleep was only 4.5 hours according to the watch with a low sleep score, but I didn't feel it when the alarm hit, I woke up ready to go! Got a nice chest pump this Sunday morning, everything felt great in the gym. Wasn't chasing PRs but felt strong, pump was really good, and energy was solid the whole session. Got church in with the family after, then just lounged around the house before game night with some friends. Crazy that we're already starting February, were a month into the new year and the consistency is paying off. Hope everyone is staying locked in!!

Fasted weight was 213.2lbs this morning, a jump from yesterday's weight. Sleep wasn't all that great, I turned off my alarm and woke up 20min later, but still had time to get ready and head in to the gym to hit legs. PWO definitely helped put me in the right space to get in and hit legs like I normally do. Had a pretty nasty pump today, vascularity in the legs was popping more than usual too. Love starting my week with legs! Eating was pretty solid today, felt satiated the entire day with the food I was putting down.

Fasted weight stayed close to yesterday at 213.5lbs. Sleep was definitely a lot better though, I went to bed a little earlier and ended up getting an hour more, 6.5 hours total. That’s right in my sweet spot of 6.5-7 hours. Got to the gym right at 5am and was energized and ready to go as soon as I walked in. The pump was strong and my mood was hyped the whole session. The BPC has been a big help with what I’ve been feeling on my elbow and bicep, finally able to get the workout in and not feel it bugging me after. Thinks it’s close to being back to normal, so I’ll be able to really hit biceps harder soon because they can definitely be bigger. Overall great day and tomorrow is a rest day for me, will definitely be trying to get closer to that 7hr sleep total.

Sleep was incredible, almost 7.5 hours! Woke up feeling well rested and ready for work. Today was a rest day and I definitely did that, I got plenty of rest in, didn’t even jump on the stairs like I normally do. Sometimes a full rest day is needed. I’m pumped to go into the gym tomorrow. Going for a mid-day lift so I’ll be sleeping in like today again. Body feels recovered and ready to hit the gym tomorrow!

Sleep was once again in my sweet spot at 7 hours. Couple of wake-ups but nothing that messed with how I felt when I woke up for the day. Fasted weight this morning was 216.4lbs, steadily increasing. Energy was great all day and the pump in the gym for chest today had me feeling big. Strength is increasing at a good rate too, especially after losing strength from all the weight loss. Put up the most weight I have in the past 4 months. The extra food going in and the protocol update is definitely already starting to show in my lifts and my weight after being on it almost a week now. My body is definitely soaking it in but since I've never gone into a lean bulk the weight increase makes me nervous. Was nothing but trying to lose weight for a year straight.

Sleep was rough, just over 4 hours last night, but I still got up, got ready, and hit the gym early, my energy levels held strong all day despite the short rest. Fasted weight at 216.8lbs this morning. Mood was solid and the pump showed up quick on shoulders and it felt great pushing through. Got a bit of a cheat meal today since my father-in-law is in town and asked if I could smoke some ribs. Made my own rack with no sauce to keep it cleaner but still got into some mashed potatoes haha. Great way to go into my rest day tomorrow. Wife is finally feeling back to 100% and wants to start working out again, so I'll be helping her in the garage gym while I jump on the stairs for some light cardio. Excited for that family time and easing into the weekend.

Incredible 7.5 hours of sleep last night, Iwoke up once at 3am but knocked right back out and felt refreshed this morning. Fasted weight at 217lbs another bump, curious how much is water weight though. Pretty chill day running errands with the wife and buying things to redo my home office. Recovery day for me today, just did some stairs at a steady pace for 45min. Would really like to make time to do at least 25-30 minutes daily on the stairs though, then I can let some of the rest days be full rest or something else as an active recovery. I’m sure I can figure out something to find the time for that. Overall feeling incredible and ready to hit the gym again tomorrow!

Pump had my arms feeling big and my mood was overall positive. Early morning workout followed by church, then chilling with my girls. Sundays are also my prep days to make sure I have food ready for the week and that I get my gear and peps all loaded and set for the week as well. Treated myself to a single slice of pizza while watching the Super Bowl too. Overall a great day and ready for the week to start back up tomorrow.

Day started off strong and noticeably better than yesterday. Sleep quality was way up, just over 6 hours with almost no interruptions, and I woke up feeling genuinely refreshed and ready to attack the day. Morning fasted weight continues to trend up and I am already seeing it translate to a fuller look and better performance in the gym. Got in a great leg session, my favorite day, and everything felt like it was clicking. Strength is climbing fast and the new protocol is clearly doing its job. Hitting 280kg for 10 reps on the hack press on my fourth set felt powerful and controlled, and I know there is more in the tank for next time. At one point my right knee felt a little weird, but it passed quickly and never showed up again for the rest of the workout or the day, so I am not concerned. Appetite is strong and honestly I could eat a lot more if I let myself. Overall the momentum feels real right now and it has me fired up for the coming weeks.

Day started a little shorter on sleep than I would like, but overall it was still a productive and positive morning. I got about 5hr and 20min of sleep, not optimal, but I woke up naturally right before my alarm which is always a good sign. Had plenty of time to ease into the morning, get my peps in, take my pills, and get my pre-workout down without rushing. Energy was very solid going into training and I decided to test out Alpha Lion Extreme in sour gummy bear. Taste was surprisingly good and it kept my energy steady through the entire session and even afterward without any noticeable crash. Pump was on point as usual thanks to tadalafil by USP. Strength continues to trend up which is exactly what I want to see right now, hitting five plates again on my final set of the Megamass chest supported linear row felt strong and controlled. Tomorrow is scheduled as a rest day, but I am feeling like I need to increase fasted cardio, so I may trim sleep slightly to make room for that and keep momentum moving.

Today was one of those days that really reminded me how much sleep drives everything. Fasted weight came in at 217 even, but recovery definitely was not where it needs to be. I only got a little over five hours of sleep and my nose was congested enough that I could not use my CPAP, so my breathing was off most of the night. I still got up and knocked out my fasted cardio, but I was dragging hard. I have not felt that sluggish in quite a while. Even though I slept in a little over an hour later than my usual wake up time, it did not help at all. Needed caffeine just to push through work and stay functional. No pump obviously with just cardio, and mood was flat. Days like this really highlight how critical rest and recovery are, especially pushing training and this protocol. Still showed up and got the work done though. I have something coming in to help with sleep soon, a nasal spray containing DSIP, GABA, and Melatonin, we'll see how that helps my sleep.

Last night was exactly what I needed. Ended up getting 8 hours and 11 minutes of sleep according to my watch, with 6 of those on CPAP. Only woke up once and knocked back out immediately. That kind of sleep changes everything. Fasted weight came in at 218 and I can feel the upward trend translating into performance. Today was one of the strongest chest sessions I have had in a long time. Mid day workout and everything was firing. Hit a new PR on dumbbell flat bench with the 55kg dumbbells, and then followed that up with a new PR on the plate loaded incline machine at 220kg. Mood was incredible, pump was insane, and energy stayed high all day. Honestly felt like I could have stayed up late without issue. On the family side, my daughter turned 16 so we celebrated with sushi and I had a small piece of Japanese crepe cake. Food was not tracked perfectly, but I definitely ate well. No stress about it. I am ready to put those calories to work in the gym tomorrow.

Weight is holding at 218 again this morning and still trending up, but I honestly think most of that is from the recent protocol adjustments doing their thing. Sleep was just alright, a little under 6 hours total and only about half of that with the CPAP. Nose was stuffy again and it made wearing it uncomfortable. Even so, I got up bright and early and made it to the gym. Energy was solid, pump was not anything crazy, but mood was good. It is hard for me to be in a bad mood when I am training. Work was extremely demanding today, so I went with 50mg of noopept and it absolutely did the trick. Focus was sharp and I stayed dialed in all day. Just got my new nasal spray sleep blend in and I am excited to test that out tonight to hopefully improve recovery. Tomorrow is a full rest day, but depending on when I wake up I may still sneak in some fasted cardio and keep momentum moving.

Weight came in a little heavier today at 218.2 and I honestly think it was just food and normal day to day fluctuation. Sleep with the new sleep aid was incredible. I could not have stayed up even if I wanted to. I was out like a log. Woke up a couple times but knocked right back out and ended up with a little over seven hours of rock solid sleep. It almost worked too well, which has me slightly nervous about using it on nights where I need to be up at 4am for an early gym session. Energy was high all day from the quality sleep, but by the end of the day I was definitely beat. No pump today since it was a full rest day, but I still stayed busy nonstop. I was out driving the family around all day, plus some of my daughter’s friends, bouncing from place to place and doing different things around the city. Honestly I am tired enough tonight that I probably will not need any aids at all. I am excited to get back in tomorrow and hit shoulders with some arms, and I have an injectable pre-workout I am testing in the morning too.

Weight continues to creep up and came in at 218.5 this morning, I have an updated front double photo from today at the bottom. I am not stressing it, strength is climbing and I still feel tight, so I think it is the protocol and food doing exactly what they should. Sleep was very good, right at 7 hours with about 4 of those on CPAP. Woke up feeling ready to train, and I have decided to add 2iu GH in the morning too. Today I tested one of the injectable pre-workout blends at a small dose just to assess tolerance and effect. It was solid but I will likely bump the dose slightly next time and possibly layer in some caffeine or even a partial scoop of my regular pre-workout to round it out. This is just one of a few injectable blends I am testing, so it will be interesting to compare them all. Workout itself was great. Focus was locked in and pump was strong throughout. Tried a new back supported variation for cable front raises and it completely changed the feel. Having the back braced made the weight feel much heavier and kept it strict. Tomorrow is Monday which means leg day, and that always gets me fired up.

Fasted weight jumped up to 220 this morning, up from 218.5 yesterday, and I am pretty confident that is mostly water retention. With the way food has been and how the protocol is ramping up, some fluctuation is expected. Sleep was not great though. Just over six hours total and only about three of those with the CPAP. It felt very interrupted and I honestly lost count of how many times I woke up. Even so, I was still up focused and ready to attack leg day. Last week on my final set of hack press I hit 280kg for 10. Today I pushed 320kg for 6 on that last set. That is a serious jump in load and it felt strong. Leg pump was incredible. My quads looked and felt bigger and more vascular than I have ever seen them. The body is clearly responding well to the protocol right now and I am not feeling any noticeable side effects. Blood work is scheduled for the end of the month to see where everything stands, and depending on how that looks I may consider increasing the Ment slightly. For now I am just riding the momentum and keeping execution tight.
