Fasted weight came in at 219.8 this morning, still a bit higher than I expected and probably some water in the mix. Sleep was solid on paper at 7 hours with CPAP on almost the entire time, so I should have felt incredible. Instead I was dragging from the moment I woke up. The past few days I have had a stuffy nose, so I am thinking my body might be fighting something off. Even getting ready for the gym felt harder than usual, and once I was there I just did not feel very strong. I still trained heavy and got the work in, but it was not one of those days where everything is firing. Work was rough too. If I did not have an important report going out at the end of the week I probably would have taken the day off and just rested. Tomorrow was supposed to be active recovery with fasted cardio, but I am leaning toward skipping it and prioritizing sleep and recovery instead. Sometimes the smartest move is pulling back a little so I can come back Thursday feeling healthy and ready to get back into the groove.

Did not grab a fasted weight this morning, completely slipped my mind, but honestly today was all about recovery. Sleep was absolutely incredible. A few sprays of the new sleep aid and I was out. I vaguely remember waking up around the time I am normally up for the gym, but I fell right back asleep without any issue. Sleep score came in at 96 with almost 8 full hours. Big difference from how I felt yesterday. I definitely feel recovered from whatever was going on. Nose is still slightly stuffy, but mentally my mood and energy are way better. Took today as a complete rest day with no cardio and I think that was the right call. Work was mentally demanding, but the quality sleep carried me through without feeling drained. Tomorrow is my second leg day of the week and I am genuinely looking forward to it. I need to order and schedule my blood work this week so I can get it done next week and lock in a good time slot. A few weeks into the adjustments and I am feeling great, no negative side effects from the protocol increase or addition of Ment, so I am expecting solid numbers.

Fasted weight came in at 220.2 this morning. Still hovering around that 220 mark and I am pretty confident it is water and glycogen with how training has been. Sleep was pretty good. Not quite as incredible as the previous night, but 6.5 hours with only one wake up and I felt rested when the alarm hit. Got up right away, took my morning peps, got my pre-workout in, and headed to the gym. Today I tested another injectable pre-workout, more of an add on blend. It definitely added drive, focus, mood enhancement, and some extra pump support. Perfect timing since this was my second leg day of the week with a glute and hamstring focus. I kept my regular pre-workout to about half a dose and used 0.75ml of the injectable. Felt smooth and productive. Tomorrow I will test another one that includes a stimulant, so it will be interesting to compare. Overall the day was solid. Early morning training, cut out of work a little early, and energy stayed steady all day, nothing to complain about. Looking forward to hitting chest tomorrow.

I’m loving it, even at such a low dose. Chose to go low since it’s my first time with it and gyno scares me but I can tell even then it’s working. Weight climbed quick and notice more muscle fullness but the strength came on quicker. In a matter of a couple of weeks my strength was back up to when I weighed 240 and it’s now gone past it. Considering increasing it a little bit after blood work.

Fasted weight jumped up to 222.3 this morning, which is definitely higher than I expected, but with food higher and training intensity up, I am not surprised. Sleep was pretty solid at 6.5 uninterrupted hours and I felt rested when I woke up. No early alarm today since I took the day off work. After dropping our youngest off at school, my wife and I went out for coffee which was a great way to start the day. Slower mornings like that are good for the mind. Ended up training mid day and tested another injectable pre-workout, this time skipping my normal powder completely. This blend had yohimbe, ATP, and DADA in it, and it really hit well. Clean energy, strong focus, and a nice aggressive edge during my lifts without needing a heavy caffeine dose. I have been actively trying to cut back on caffeine and energy drinks since I know I was overdoing it. Workout was strong, pushed some heavy weight, and the chest pump was full and tight. I also have my labs officially locked in for next Thursday, so I am excited to see how everything looks after a few weeks on this adjusted protocol. Curious if anyone else has experimented with lower caffeine approaches and still kept intensity high.

Sleep was decent overall with 7.5 hours logged and a solid sleep score, but it was definitely interrupted. I kept waking up feeling stuffy and this morning I had that slight feeling like I might be coming down with something. Hoping it does not stick. Fasted weight came in at 222 exactly, still hovering in that range. Today was supposed to be a cardio day, but waking up feeling off stopped me from jumping on the stairs. I listened to my body there. Instead, the day turned into a full honey do list situation. My wife always has projects lined up and I pushed through how I was feeling to get things done. Re-did the closet for my youngest daughter and worked on painting my office, so I still stayed active. Mood was a little down today, probably a mix of not feeling 100 percent and no gym session, but I kept moving forward. I am planning on being good to go by morning because tomorrow is shoulder day and I am not missing that. Anyone else train through the early stages of feeling under the weather or do you usually pull back right away?

Fasted weight dropped back down to 220.2 this morning. Sleep was just ok. The stuffy nose kept waking me up and I still feel like I am fighting something off. Nothing terrible, but enough to notice. No pump today since I decided to take another full rest day and give my body a real chance to recover. I hate backing off, but sometimes it is the smarter move. Still made it to church, though concentrating was a little difficult. Afterward I just chilled at home and as the day went on I did start to feel slightly better. Appetite was not fully there which is unusual for me right now, so I was basically forcing myself to eat and just focusing on staying hydrated. I also decided to move all of my GH to a single nightly dose of 8iu instead of splitting it, just to simplify things. Hoping I wake up tomorrow feeling clear headed and ready because I really do not want to miss my morning leg day. Recovery first, then back to pushing weight.

Fasted weight came in at 221.1 this morning. Sleep was shorter than I would like at just under 6 hours, but still decent considering how the last few days have felt. Woke up still feeling a little sick, but noticeably better than yesterday, so I made the decision to get up and stick to my morning routine. Headed in for early Monday quad focused leg day and even though strength and energy were not fully there, I am glad I went. Numbers were a little down from peak sessions, but I still got a solid pump and the workout felt productive. Mood stayed good all day and honestly I was just happy to feel well enough to train again. I am planning on getting to bed much earlier tonight so I can fully recover and hit back hard tomorrow. Now that appetite is clearly back with those macros, I am taking that as a good sign recovery is moving in the right direction.
