Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3-2/3-4

Sorry for the break and communication, been a little rough adjusting back to day shift. Sleep has been excellent, nothing under 6 hours! But the switch has made it hard to adjust to being a day walker again lol. About 12-1pm I get hit with a different type of tiredness and I think it’s because my body is used to going to bed around that time. Ended up resting Monday and Tuesday just to help with the adjustment period. This weekend I’ll make the attempt to workout in the evening and see how I fair. For it to work I think I need to take everything with me and hit the gym straight from work instead of coming home to prep, once I’m home I don’t want to go back out 😅.

Wednesday I hit a pretty awesome chest/shoulder day. Added in a few extra compounds for fun and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. One of the best lifts I’ve had in a long time. But to be honest, it’s all fun and games until it wears off. It wiped me out, there was no getting away from taking a nap to recover. What did I add? 100mg TNE, 40mg YK-11, 50mg Anadrol. Way too much for me and won’t hit that combo again 🤣

Hit a beautiful back day, pump was amazing, mood was great, everything just felt it was firing in all the right ways. Weight is slowly but steadily climbing and fueling the lifts perfectly. Holding right around 3700-3800 calories presently.

6-8 hours of sleep is not bad at all man but if you can push it to 7-8 hours instead, that would be ideal. @GUY2060
 
Friday 3/6 and Saturday 3/7

Friday was technically a rest day so I could get enough sleep to wake up at 145am Saturday morning for my lift before work. Decided evening lifts just aren’t going to work for me and my schedule, work is too draining to be motivated to lift after my shift. 2am Saturday morning lift was beautiful, went to the big boy gym(no purple machines) and had the place all to myself. It really doesn’t get better than that if you ask me! Hit a sweet leg day and got plenty of footage of my lifts for once. Wish I was more comfortable filming with people around so I could more videos more often, but still working up to that. Sleep still going strong, nothing less than 6hrs a night.
-Sunday will be a rest day due to the clocks springing forward and losing an hour of sleep, back at things Monday morning.

Sunday 3/8 and Monday 3/9

Rest day on Sunday, time change really messed with me and was dragging all day

Monday
Another great night of sleep in the books. Almost makes me not want to go back to nights when it’s time. Will have to try and keep the same lifting schedule when the switch happens and see if sleep will be any different.
Anywho, wonderful upper body day. Hit some chest, shoulders, and arms for a great lift. Feeling strong and locked in. Enjoying the process every day. Cleaned up the diet a little trying to remove some offending items that have had me bloated and holding water. RIP Frosted Flakes 😢.

Tuesday 3/10

Waking up feeling extremely rested and wanting to tackle the day is such a great feeling. Really enjoying these moments while they are here before nights roll back around. Feeling fantastic and successful with each lift. Really have no complaints about how things are going right now. USP gear is really treating me right and bringing the results I’m pushing for. Hit an all back session today, completely cooked every muscle I could connect with. Left the gym feeling like I wouldn’t be able to fit through the doorway.

3/11, 3/12, 3/13

Well friends sorry for the short break but we are still grinding! Had so much going on this week that Wednesday and Thursday ended up being forced rest days. So ready to be back on nights so I can have my regular lifting schedule back. BUT, I’m not complaining about the extra rest, the lifts have been so good having more recovery in the middle. Considering keeping the schedule like this for a bit and seeing how progress is compared 5x a week, because lifts have been improving.

Friday morning I had a pretty big job interview which would set me up nicely for the future and then hit an awesome chest day after to release some of the stress from that. Very solid lift and the pump was one of the best yet. Chest is growing nicely this cycle and I’m thrilled with the progress. Shoulders are starting to catch up and then it’s time to work on bringing my arms up. Real talk though, I’m one of the few that hate training biceps, don’t tell anyone though.

Want to do a shoutout to @US-pharmacies and the team, thanks for the support that continues to drive this fire. I’m blessed to be part of such an amazing group that pushes each other to be the best that we can be!

Big beautiful back day! Routine and schedule got messed up this weekend by getting called into work to cover Midnight-6am. Put a damper on getting things accomplished this weekend off but still managed to work on myself! Grabbed a small nap when I got off and then hit the gym to kill the back. Lift was awesome, played around at the big boy gym and used some fancier equipment. 10/10 back day. Resting Sunday to knock out what I can of my honey do list and will get back to the routine 2am Monday morning to smoke the legs before my 12hr shift

Monday was a very long day! Started at 130am when I woke up to be at the gym by 230am for a tough leg day before my 12 hour shift. Mistakes may have been made because I spent the day running around putting out fires at work and the legs weren’t too thrilled about that. By 6pm I was drained and passed out by 730pm.

Haven’t updated about my sleep in a minute but it’s been good. Still averaging about 6-7hrs which is phenomenal for me. Still using that oral sleep blend which I attribute to the better sleep. No complaints on that front. IMG_5196.webp

Tuesday, had an alarm set to get up at 130am again for a Sharms day, but quickly snoozed that alarm when I realized it was only 10* out and I wasn’t feeling getting out of the warm bed yet. So rest day it is. Off the next 2 days so will hit the gym hard!

Wednesdays are for the sweet chest pump. Wish it worked that way and I could dedicate days to a certain a group but my schedule will never allow that. No worries, this is working and progress keeps going the correct way. Completely wrecked chest, shoulders and triceps, no better pump except maybe walking out of the gym like a baby deer after a hard leg day!

3-19 and 3-20

Thursday menu consisted of a knock out leg day that left me weak and begging for mercy. I always say if you aren’t leaving the gym walking like a fresh baby deer, you didn’t go hard enough. We hit that and then some. It’s been a minute since I’ve felt the soreness setting in as I’m leaving the gym. By the time I went to bed my entire lower half was already stiff and screaming any time I had to bend or kneel for something. I’d call that a success with a side of insanity. Had a horrible but hit the spot cheat meal for dinner, 4 cheezburgs and a spicy Mcchicken. A little over on calories but I typically try to earn that on my leg days. I’m coming to realize that no amount of food or gear can save my legs from the DOMS that always presents, no matter how long I’ve been doing this, my legs are the only group to ever get sore.

Friday rest day, got to bed late and only would have ended up with 3 hours of sleep if I tried to get up for the gym and sleep is taking priority right now. Arms and Back scheduled for early Saturday morning.
