Good news finally! Got the Dr’s referral for the iron infusion, waiting for them to call to get it scheduled. Looking forward to getting back on my feet in full force, because this exhaustion just ain’t it. Got in to the gym for legs today, first time hitting them in about two weeks because of how fatiguing it is. News flash, still fatiguing haha. Needed a good nap when I got home. Still some decent strength so can’t complain. Just gotta keep grinding when I’m feeling up to it.

Starting to settle into a routine of lifting EOD, gives my body time to recover before putting more stress on it. Finding myself recovering slower and actually being sore from lifting which is very unusual, can’t remember the last time I was sore other than my legs… will never escape DOMS there. Currently maintaining weight, a slight drop as some as the water flushes out from lowering carbs. Hopefully will hear from the infusion center this week and can get back on track. Still pushing the best we can!

Do you guys fill your Dr’s in on your gear usage or try to keep some info hidden?
I tell mine everything. They have a duty to not judge and hear you out and if they wanna judge or not help you then you just leave. Mine even asks me now if I'm "on cycle" and should we bother doing bloodwork for my Rx Test. The more you tell him/her the more they'll get used to who you are. Complete honesty isn't something they're used to so it can be refreshing when you approach them this way.

Today was a good day. First time all week I’ve felt good enough to get in the gym and bust out a good workout. Been a couple of weeks since I’ve had the energy to go straight after working a night shift so I ran with it and very pleased I did. Hit a full body session since I’ve been out for a few days and it hit so hard, definitely enjoyed walking out of the gym feeling everything I hit.
Still no word on the infusion, playing the waiting game. Last dose of EQ was yesterday, just running test/npp/HGH for the time being. Maybe I’ll start feeling even better as EQ leaves my system.

It's my best advice to you brother. Doctors actually appreciate when their clients are honest. If you get any flack ask him/her "would you rather I lie? You have a duty of care so you need to know the truth". You will get better care with honesty bro.

Wooooooo getting back to our old self it seems like. Might just be placebo but feeling completely different having EQ not being pinned. I know it’s still in my system for weeks to come, but since stopping the injections I haven’t been knocked down sleeping every chance I get. Energy levels are improving, gym sessions are feeling good, overall feels have vastly improved. Still planning on the infusion if I’m ever able to get it scheduled.

Rested yesterday but hit another somewhat full body day today. Was a great session and I’m happy to be back enjoying my time in the gym!

Spoke with the coach Friday night and got a new plan for the remainder of the cycle. Since this has turned into a giant experiment gonna lean into it a little more.

Dropping test to 400mg/wk, stopped NPP yesterday. Will let that flush the system and then adding in 70mg tren/wk, 175-200mg/wk of Mast P, Adrol 50mg PWO, 3-5mg injectable proviron. Heading into a recomp. Sure it’s not the most ideal to switch compounds out like that, but will be monitoring things and see how I react for the final 8 weeks.

Another day back in the saddle getting fired up! Feeling good and like I can get back on track with training more frequently. One caveat, been a long time since I’ve been sore and it’s hitting like a truck. All that time off from the gym softened me up a bit and I’m feeling the workouts the next day. Love it though, there’s no other feeling like it that drives the addiction.

Still feeling good and powering up! 1 week in with Tren and so far so good. Mood is elevated, energy is high, feeling great overall. Sleep has been great, still 6-8 hours a night, adding in glycine before bed has really helped. Mast will be added in starting tomorrow, can’t wait to see the look in 8 weeks.

My legs are dead after that last workout. Holy hell the DOMS is crazy. Note to self, take it easy when you take time off hitting legs because I’m walking like I’ve been stuck on a horse for days. No pain no gain baby!

Saturday night I hit a back day after my 12hr shift, first time I’ve ever done a late night lift. Not a fan and found out why I don’t lol. I would much rather wake up early and go before work than get to sleep late. Lift was great though so can’t complain too much. The mission continues..
